The Space:

Welcome to Coastal Oasis!



Completely remodelled from head to toe and furnish with high end furnishings from Pottery Barn, Crate and Barrel. Featuring an endless amount of games, including a card table, that converts to bumper pool or extra dining space. A game room with a shuffleboard table, darts and board games. Out back we provide cornhole, life-size Jenga and Spike ball. Don't feel like indulging in the games and rather relax in the sunshine, head to the pool side lounge chairs or the hammock! The backyard is truly an Oasis featuring a large heated pool, bar, dinning table with chairs, firepit table with plenty of seating



Once you enter the home, you will fall in love with this beautiful, spacious, professionally furnished, modern beach home featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms.



The open layout is perfect for family gatherings and dining. Enjoy family movie night on the large screen TV, while relaxing on the large comfortable sofas, or head to the card or game room to take out some provided playing cards and board games for a little friendly competition! Don't forget to check out the provided local ground organic coffee or organic tea at the coastal coffee bar.



The Master Bedroom is located on one side of the home and has its own office, private bath and laundry room. The additional two bedrooms are on the other side of the house and share a second bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a twin over a full bunk bed.



Once you’re settled in, head towards the gorgeous resort style backyard and you will see why the backyard is called the Oasis. Enjoy the beautiful large swimming pool with lounge chairs, an outside bar, a hammock, a conversation set and a propane fed fire pit table. Also for your enjoyment, there is an outdoor dining table with an oversized umbrella and a brand new BBQ grill. We also provide floats for the pool, pool towels, corn hole, large Jenga, spike ball and more.



We try to provide just about everything you will need for your stay, so just pack your cloths and come on down! We provide everything to make your trips to the beach as easy and most enjoyable. We provide beach chairs, beach umbrellas, a cooler, and much more.



We also provide beach/pool towels, linens, paper towels, plenty of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cleaning products, sunscreen, coffee, tea, sugar, a fully stocked kitchen with all your cooking needs and then some and so much more. Wherever possible we strive to provide eco-friendly and organic products and linens.



This home is centrally located to everything! Only 1.5 miles away from the beach, a short bike ride away, a long walk or only a 4 minute drive to the beach. 12 minute drive to John's Pass, 20 minute drive to downtown St. Pete downtown Gulfport and Clearwater Beach. 30 minute drive to Tampa, Ybor, Honeymoon island and Caladesi Island.

-Swimming and use of the pool are at your own risk. You waive us of any liability by using any part of the pool. If damage is incurred to the pool during your stay then you will be held financially responsible.



-You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.



-Parking: The driveway can fit a maximum of four cars.

Interaction with Guests:

We live a few miles down the road if we are ever needed. Typically, we do not interact with the guests throughout their stay unless we are needed for absolutely anything or guests would like to meet us, we are always more than happy to talk/meet with our guests.
