This 2 bedroom, 2 bath lower floor condo is very well equipped and ready for your next FL getaway! Newer laminate flooring has been put into the living room and dining area and the condo carries a lovely décor throughout, you are sure to feel right at home! The views of the Boca Ciega Bay can be seen from your private balcony, the living room, kitchen and dining area, it’s wonderful! You are likely to see dolphins swimming through, boaters passing by and some even are lucky enough to see a manatee or 2! The Amadeus property is a great value with a perfect central location that keeps you walking distance to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, shops and many other activities. PLEASE NOTE: There is no elevator at this property, only stairs for access.

For family-friendly fun while visiting Treasure Island, hop on the Suncoast Trolley and you will be able to explore all of the unique beach communities from Clearwater Beach to Pass-a-Grille. Take a short drive over to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Head West to Madeira and visit the Alligator Discovery Center in town, take a walk on the boardwalk while shopping at John’s Pass Village. After your adventures, have a bite to eat at the many fantastic restaurants Treasure Island has to offer such as The Pearl Restaurant, Caddy’s, The Boardwalk Grill and many more! Awesome views!

We loved sitting out and looking over the pool, Boca Ciega bay and watching the dolphins. Perfect walk to the beach and short walk to the bars & restaurants. Could use some new beach equipment, patio screen doors were old and hard to open and the king bed was pretty hard. We absolutely love hanging out in the Treasure Island area.

Great Place and Great Location

The property is amazing with an incredible pool and bay view. Also a 90 sec walk to the beach and the grocery store. Close to other attractions and St. Pete’s. I would highly recommend this for your Treasure Island vacation!

Family Getaway

There really isn't anything bad to say. Location was amazing, beautiful sunrises watched from the balcony, we even caught a few dolphins swim by each day. The pool was fantastic, we were in it each day of our trip. Overall the condo was spacious and more then enough room for the 4 of us. We could not have asked for a better place to stay to enjoy our last week of summer vacation.
