Super Clean and Super Comfortable

This house was perfect for our family - more than enough space for 5 of us - had everything we needed, great location and accommodations. Made great use of the kitchen (particularly the Nespresso machine!), and the outdoor grill.Given we were on the water, I couldn’t believe how close the beach was also - Caddy’s is so close for umbrellas and chairs to enjoy the time relaxing at Sunset Beach.Beds in this place are heavenly and the living/dining space is super inviting. We rented a boat, jet skis, and paddle boards during our stay which were all easily accessible to/from the awesome dock in the back. Kevin was very responsive helping us enjoy our time. Would definitely recommend.

Peaceful, Modern Retreat

Our group of four colleagues had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the serene view overlooking Blind Pass, which was the perfect backdrop for relaxing mornings and quiet evenings on the patio. The location was ideal: just a short walk to the beach, but tucked away enough to be peaceful and quiet. A great spot for both work and relaxation. Highly recommend!

Excellent property and super responsive host

This beach home was excellent for our 2 families. The renovations are fresh, water views are abundant, and a short walk to the beach. The stair case to the second level is not ideal for someone with mobility challenges (host includes clear images). The host was very quick to respond to our questions and graciously accommodating.

Fantastic location and home

We recently stayed in this home with our teenagers (ages 13-15), who had an amazing time. The house is well located on the inlet with a very short walk to the beach. We enjoyed watching dolphins swim by, fishing off the dock, and spending time on the beach. The home is well-maintained and everyone remarked on the comfort of the beds. There are restaurants, a gas station and other options within walking distance. We would absolutely return to this home.
