Perfect location

Very happy with our stay. Short walk to the water for sunrise and sunset. Home has been recently renovated. Bed was SO COMFORTABLE. Back sitting area is perfect for morning coffee. Very pleased with our stay.

The sliding glass door needs to be repaired. The latch is missing on the inside which means you cannot secure the door while you are inside.

Enjoyed the stay, one concern was the door didn’t have an inside latch or door lock. Also the screen door had seen better days and couldn’t enjoy the evening breeze for fear of insects getting in the screen.

The owner was very helpful. There was a small issue at the check in, but the owner came right away and took care of it immediately. The rental was close to water, shopping, food, and airport. For the price, great spot. Quiet peaceful neighborhood. Pet friendly area. Rental was small, but had everything we needed. It would have been nice to have TV in the bedroom.

Great place in a very neat neighborhood!

Eric's place is small, but very well renovated and updated apartment, it was perfectly sized for me and two twelve year olds. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and everything was very clean. Several nice restaurants were within a short walk. I would highly recommend Erics place!

Very relaxing location

The property was as distributed. Ozona is a quiet place with excellent dining within walking distance. We had a few minor issues after we checked in that were quickly addressed. We really enjoyed the fire pit and the proximity to the bike/walking trail.

Ozona is an amazing, peaceful place. And Eric's property is in a great location - a short 1 minute walk to the water where I enjoyed my coffee most mornings. The property was clean and had everything I needed. Would definitely choose this property again!
