Ozona is a small community located on the west-central coast of Florida. It hugs the Gulf of Mexico south of Tarpon Springs and north of Dunedin. Ozona is the very definition of eclectic. With million-dollar mansions sitting next door to beach shacks; from out-of-the-way dessert shops to some of the greatest restaurants in Pinellas County; Ozona makes for a perfect place to vacation.

Guests will have access to the entire house. Those in your group will be the only ones at the house during your stay.

This gorgeous 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house has an open living room, dining room, and kitchen. Perfect for keeping everyone connected.
This house includes a master bedroom with a king-sized bed figuring a hybrid mattress and a 4-piece ensuite bathroom. The walk-in closet in the master bedroom has many things to make it easier, when traveling with little ones. A highchair, pack and play, changing pad, baby wipes, and baby monitor are all available to use during your stay. A bedroom on the first floor is located through the garage. It has a Queen-sized bed with a hybrid mattress with its own private 3-piece bathroom. Perfect for washing a day at the beach off. The other 2 guest suites have quality Queen sized beds for a restful sleep. Dressers for your personal items are located in the closets.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, blender, toaster, tea kettle, crock pot, as well as pots and pans for cooking and baking. The kitchen also has wine glasses, coffee mugs, kid's plates, bowls and utensils. Enjoy relaxing on the front screened in patio. This cozy spot is perfect for getting alone time with a book.

Do you enjoy grilling out while on vacation? We have a propane grill as well as a dining set located on the private downstairs back patio. The back patio is just right for relaxing while visiting or watching TV.

We also have an office/play space available right off the living room. Work from the comfort of the office during your trip or just log your thoughts in your journal. We provide high speed internet during your visit as well as a few office supplies. This area also contains games, toys, puzzles, and children's books to keep your little ones occupied while you are here.

Since the house is located in a golf cart community. Free use of a four-person golf cart is included with your reservation, with a signed waiver. Golf cart to one of the area restaurants, bars, shops, or down to the waterfront. A nearby waterfront park with dock is only 1 mile away, perfect to get to on the golf cart. Nestled on the quiet waters of Sutherland Bayou, Pop Stansell Park is the perfect place to catch up with friends and family. This park offers a full covered band shell, active playground and several picnic shelters. There are boat launch areas as well that is open to non-motorized traffic. Paddleboard rentals are available at the park.

The garage features 2 adult bikes, a foosball table, an Axe throwing game, Skittles game and a giant Jenga game. Enjoy making memories while having fun and enjoying the many amenities provided.

If you are interested in fishing during your stay, check out Ozona Fish Camp. Ozona Fish Camp has several different options for fishing charters, whether you are looking for in shore, clear flats, etc... Ozona Fish Camp is only 0.4 miles away, making it easy to find and conveniently located.

This property is in a golf cart community. We provide a 4-person golf cart for free with a signed waiver. We also provide 2 adult bikes in the garage. Any guest who will be driving the golf cart must have a valid driver's license and must submit a photo of their driver's license prior to their stay.

Many of the restaurants, shops, and bars are within walking distance.


This house is family friendly with a pack and play, changing pad, baby wipes, highchair, and baby monitor located in the master bedroom walk-in closet available for use during your stay. In the kitchen, we have kid's plates, bowls, bibs, and utensils. The barn door at the top of the stairs has a lock to keep children safe from falling down the stairs.
