We stayed here last weekend for my sister’s 40th birthday with nine cousins, and it was absolutely perfect! The house had everything we needed—especially in the kitchen, which was fully stocked with all the essentials. The location couldn’t be better—literally just a few steps from the pool to the sand! There were plenty of beach chairs (10), so we could easily bring them down to the water each day.The area was great too, with several restaurants and shops within walking distance, and it was only about a 40 Uber ride from the Tampa airport. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax, laugh, and celebrate together. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

Fantastic location for our family to enjoy and play in the waves at the beach, and watch stunning sunsets. The pool and covered lanai were a plus! We appreciated the provided beach chairs and pool/beach toys as well. We scheduled family photo shoot with a local photographer and she came to us. As an FYI, If you intend to prepare some of your meals while there, please note the kitchen is fully equipped with the tools and pots and pans etc. however, the ONLY thing in the cupboard is salt and pepper and coffee filters. We left some kurig pods behind, but maybe they just get picked up by maids. Just note to come prepared.

Beautiful Beach Location

Everyone in our family enjoyed our stay. The pool was wonderful and the beach location was great. The beach area is not overcrowded and right in front of the property. It was the perfect size for our family of 12. We would gladly spend another vacation here!

The two houses worked great for our family. Great location on the beach and close to restaurants and stores. Host was super responsive. Kids enjoyed the pool and easy to go back and forth from beach.

Perfect Spot!

Plenty of room for all 12- age range 2 yrs- 75 yrs, beautifully remodeled, easy check in, spectacular pool, plus it was steps from the beach. Quick response from manager (Liz) if we needed anything or had any issues. They let us check in a little earlier too. So many places charge extra for that. Great location, could walk to Lulu's Ice Cream, we picked up carryout from DJ's Clam Shack. They have the BEST lobster rolls, Caddy's was a good spot for large groups, and some went to Mahuffer's a dive bar experience no one should miss is just a short drive or trolley ride away. A memorable family celebration, we couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommend this property!!

Awesome location!

Remodeled old ranch with beautiful pool! Perfect location on the beach! Some updates still need done such as old sliding doors and old deck boards but overall nice remodel. Minimal kitchen supplies.

Perfect set up

Wonderful set up with easy access to beach and pool. So convenient for young and old. Homes fully equipped and lovely outdoor amenities. Check in was perfect and there were chairs for the beach and toys for the pool. Beach towels were a plus. Everything one could want. In the main house the back two bedrooms are connected. This may be a downside for couples but it was great for our family. Parents in one room and kids in the other. We highly recommend this property.

Good Beach Access

Great location, a fantastic beach. House OK. We travel A LOT and never have issues or complaints. The house is fine. Lipstick remodel- lots of small issues, which is fine - it's a rental - but the peeling flooring that many of us stubbed toes on was a bit obnoxious. The kitchen wasn't as ideally stocked for a week's worth of cooking. Overall found the property manager to be overbearing and provided an incredible amount of rules post-booking. Beyond unrealistic in her extra charges for infants and the misinformation posted across multiple listings for this property (which were updated after we booked).

Perfect Family Get-away

Beautiful property w/great ocean views and awesome heated pool and patio areas...not sure what more you could ask for...even though the weather got chilly mid week we still enjoyed our time here...there were 11 of us ages 2-64 for our Family Christmas...next time we are headed to Indian Shores would definitely have this property at the top of our list...it was very easy to contact our hosts re: a couple things(one being clicking over from ac to heat😊)although I had trouble w/messaging thru the app one day so I called and Liz answered right away...thanks so much to our hosts for making this awesome property available to us

Great week at the beach with kids and grandkids!

Our group consisted of 60- something grandparents, two adult children, spouses and four kids, ages 1,2, 7 and 10. This was an ideal set up for all. It was great being able to go to and from the beach quickly and easily throughout the day and evening. We could leave our chairs and tent there all day. In June, the beach was well populated , but plenty of space for all.The sunsets were beautiful. The pool was refreshing, the umbrella an added bonus. There was a nice separation of the sleeping spaces in the two houses, good for family down time. Everything we needed was in the kitchen, although a few more bowls and plates would have come in handy.

Fantastic beach access.

I’ve been doing this for years and once we find a place that’s perfect for our family I always try to keep renting it for years. This is definitely the place. The 2 houses were perfect for us. Both houses were in great condition and the view and the pool made it a perfect vacation. Very nice to deal with the owners. Can’t say enough good things. I highly recommend this property to anyone with a larger group or family.

Accommodations for broad age group

Beautiful Beachfront Escape

Lovely property. It worked great for our large group (6 adults and 5 children 6-9). The houses were equipped with all the utensils and appliances we needed. The owner was responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this property.
