This stylish pool home is recently renovated with all new furniture. Our 4 bedroom home sleeps 10 guests comfortably. The home is about 10 minutes away from the Clearwater Beach. This beautiful pool home is in a quiet neighborhood with no neighbors in the back for added privacy. The guests will enjoy the large size pool, the outdoor furniture and the breathtaking nature view. Relax in this cozy home after exploring the beautiful nearby beaches and discovering all that Clearwater has to offer.

This vacation home has an open floor plan. It has a lot of space inside and a sparkling heated salt pool to enjoy outside.

We are family friendly as we offer child and infant amenities like a pack and play, high chair, plates, bowls, cups, forks and spoons for the kids.

Enjoy trips to the beach with beach chairs, towels, umbrella, blanket and a small cooler. Please return the beach items to the house so the next family can use them.

In addition to the beds, there is a twin size air mattress for guests to use.

We loved everything about our stay. Zero complaints. The house was extremely clean, well stocked with everything we could have needed (even plenty of dishwasher pods and trashbags), and the neighborhood was super quiet but close to Publix, Walmart, Aldi and plenty of other stores. We spent plenty of time going to the Indian Rocks beach which was no more than a 15 minute drive over the Belleair causeway. We will not hesitate to consider staying at this home again. The owners were super responsive!

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at this property. The house has a really nice layout, clean, with great facilities and pool which is not over looked at the back.The area is nice and quiet and well placed for Tampa, Clearwater, St Petes Beach and St Petersburg all of which we visited. (also has a Publix and Walmart within 5 mins drive).The host Nick was extremely helpful with any questions we had or advice we needed, and responded almost immediately every time. We would highly recommend this property and host.

Loved our stay! This beautiful home was perfect for our week long visit. It was located in close proximity to groceries, restaurants, and the beaches. We even took a day trip to the Florida Aquarium with the add on dolphin boat ride less than an hour drive to Tampa. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. We enjoyed playing games at the table and spending time in the pool when we were ready for some down time. The air conditioning was so welcome after a hot beach day. We enjoyed the convenience of eating in, ordering delivery, and visiting some great local restaurants. Some of our favorites were Mr. and Mrs. Crab for a delicious seasoned boil, The Salty Crab for some local beach cuisine, and Smokey Bones for tasty BBQ. I can't wait to do it all over again.

Found this beautiful home exactly like the photos! House was very clean, spacious and well maintained! Beds were comfortable, pool was a nice temperature and while sitting by the pool we heard lots of nature and was quite private. Located on a very quiet street. Pool guy came after the rain storm to clean the pollen and was super friendly! Excellent location as we took in a number of Toronto Blue Jays spring training games. Clearwater beach is just a short drive to watch sunsets! Would definitely book again! 5 Stars!!

Wonderful stay

Our group of 6 senior adults really enjoyed our stay . Our host, Nick was super accommodating to us and arranged an early check in which was fantastic! Upon entering the home I was very pleased to see that the pictures matched reality very well. Our group was comfortable and found that the kitchen was well equipped with all we needed. With 6 people it was also nice that there was 2 washers and dryers. You’ll love the quiet neighborhood feel while also being close to local restaurants and shops. I would book again.

Beautiful 4-bedroom house!

This house was exacly as described in the listing. It has everything you need for a month stay in Florida. The beds were very comfortable and there where plenty of extra linens for bed, bath and the pool.The pool was heated by owner at no additional charge. Owner responded promptly to my question. House was exactly as pictured and described. We had a thermostat issue the day we arrived (it was cold in FL) and it was replaced the next day. The house is very well equipped with kitchen stuff and more than enough towels, etc. We did not use the pool, but it was good sized and quite nice.

Amazing Stay

This was our first time trying out Clearwater. We were bringing our 2, 3 and 8 year old children for a nice family vacation. Since their sleep schedules are different and the littles still taking naps, a house would better fit our sitsituation. This house was more than perfect! It was so clean, had a lot of comfortable space and the rooms were layed out great. Plus the heated pool was soo nice! We would definitely stay here again. OH, and the locations was 10 minutes from everything. Couldn't get any better!

Idyllic Retreat with Stunning Views and Modern Comforts

We had an amazing stay at this vacation home! It looks exactly like the pictures: very clean and incredibly comfortable. The outlets behind every bed were a thoughtful and convenient touch. The pool was super clean, and we appreciated having TVs in every room. The two washers and dryers were also a huge plus. The pet-friendly amenity was fantastic since this was the first trip we took our dog! The only issues were that the back room was quite hot and could use a ceiling fan, and one bathroom needs some sort of ventilation or fan. Overall, a fantastic experience! Would recommend and come back!

Everything was beautiful, super clean and wonderful. There was no hot tub, which was listed as a "popular amenity," and the pool could have been warmer, though Nick increased the heat of the pool when we asked him to. For a family vacation it's perfect, but for a honeymoon I would choose a hot tub over a heated pool. Overall, though, it was a wonderful experience and we have no complaints.

Fantastic Clearwater Property

Our group of 8 adults just returned from spending 7 wonderful days at this beautiful home. The house is open, airy and very clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything we needed. There are two sets of washers/ dryers and with a group of 8, that was super convenient. The outdoor area was great, huge heated pool, smart tv, sun lounges and a big table that was perfect for meals. The house is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. The host, Nick, was very responsive to questions and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property and will definitely return.
