Dryer did not work. Shower was broken. Trash left in room from previous guest. Selected to pay at site and orbitzs also put hold on funds. Stains on couch. Worst room i stayed in since i was in college.

Very dirty. Carpets has stains and paint marks. Carpets were musty. The room was dirty. Tv wasn’t working correctly. The stations didn’t have in what the guide said and it turned off in middle of night.
Cleanliness and maint was very poor...staff seemed unhappy bothered ...pool area seemed nice. Access to parking lot was restricted by emergency only door..
Property was in a good location with regard to restaurant etc. Also some aspects of the property appeared to have been refurbished. Unfortunately, the bathroom was dirty with residual hair and even though razor cap in the shower. One of the beds was worn and need to be replaced. The elevator including the walls were very dirty. Our stay was supposed to include breakfast but the breakfast was closed due to electrical issues.
Looked like I went back to the 80's. Most importantly, to me, was hot tub advertised as a property amenity, no hot tub for community use. Was told they can advertise that because they have hot tub rooms available

The continental breakfasts over the week I was there varied from extremely limited to a few options - at best, waffles, powdered eggs, and sausage patties, plus bagels and dry cereal. My bathroom was cleaned poorly, and when the maids cleaned the room midweek they left all of the dresser and desk drawers open, all of the lights on, and threw away the bar soap in the bathroom without replacing it.
The property was dirty. Nearby traffic was noisy. Breakfast had limited items and the popular items went fast.
This property should be condemned. Extremely dirty, trash everywhere, roaches, no running water in the bathroom sink, an alarm going off in the room. Unsafe neighborhood.. just don't do it. The front desk clerk (Chris) was very understanding and helped us get out of there quickly. Nothing like the pictures.

The front desk was nice but the property needs an update housekeeping can’t come change sheets because of Covid and the hotel looks outdated and u couldn’t go to the gym because of Covid and I didn’t see a hot tub.
Not clean no main blankets on beds, no toiletries. Carpet it cleaned. Wires hanging where smoke detector should have been. The people at desk tried their best and were nice. Breakfast bag with a sugar muffin and tiny fruit cup
Front desk person was and attentive, and running her fingers through her hair with no mask on while she waited on someone I stood in the line for several minutes before someone else showed up to wait on me. She did not even acknowledge my presence. She did not say hold on I’ll be right with you she just continued to lackadaisically wait on the person that she was waiting on, and looked extremely worn, tired and like she just rolled out of bed. Overall the hotel was absolutely filthy, like the carpet walls had not been cleaned in 20 years. The mattress I slept on was at least 30 years old if not older, and the pillows were horrible. I stayed there for two nights and did not sleep a wink it was the most miserable experience I’ve ever had in my life. No continental breakfast like to advertise, just some stale disgusting coffee in carafes, with warm cream sitting on the counter… I wasn’t interested in that. I went out for breakfast and didn’t bother with that. You guys need to step step up your game if you’re going to continue to carry on your tradition, this is a horrible hotel experience
There were a set of boxers still in the bed, there was food in the fridge, no hot water one morning(I was able to reset the water heater for them) and breakfast was a joke. Paid waaaayyyy to much for waaayyy to little. And was not compensated or offered a different room. Absolutely horrible.

There were 3 bugs (different) in my room. No hot water in shower. No breakfast either day, though free breakfast was advertised and was one reason I chose property. Front desk staff polite. Back door was not always locked. No extra blanket in room. 1 sheet thickness blanket on bed. Essentially 2 sheets and no blanket. Would not recommend.

We are sorry that our TV was not working correctly. We will next time bring out maintenance right away to fix the issue. Some times during a storm the television will lose signal. Our facilities are always trying to be cleaned on the highest standards and we will get with housekeeping so that this standard is always met.
