Front desk staff were rude, AC was loud, toilet flushed but the bowl wouldnt fill with water, $18 for a jack and coke double that didnt have much alcohol and didnt even taste like whiskey, restaurant was severely understaffed. I will not be returning to this hotel.

The GM of that particular hotel sat in the office as I sat in the lobby for about 35 minutes, awaiting to check in, and when he came out of the office and asked what I needed he checked me in and for the entirety of my stay, they couldn’t find my room, but my key worked

I had a very pleasant stay at DoubleTree. Shortly after checking in, I noticed the television in my room wasn’t working, and the staff handled it immediately by moving me to a new room with no hassle at all. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed for a relaxing stay. I really appreciated how responsive and accommodating the team was—it made the experience smooth and stress-free. I’d definitely stay here again.

I ordered my room because the service that was offered that I could order room service , There was no phone in my room to call anyone , in morning I went to look for something to eat no breakfast and kitchen in basement was closing at 9:45 am
