Room was dirty had to be moved, shorted outlets and switches, elevator buttons taped on.
I enjoyed my stay here. Very nicely renovated property. Convenient to the airport and easy highway access. I would definitely consider staying here again.
All staff were friendly and helpful. On property restaurant served good burgers. Bartender was excellent.
Room smelled like mold, as didnt get cold cold just cool, hot water was more like warm than hot. Asked for this yo be fixed and nothing happened.

The room was clean and suited my needs. Front desk staff was less than hospitable. Would not bring more coffee or creamer to room and was unable to reach housekeeping on the phone. There was no breakfast as stated. The on-site restaurant was understaffed and the food was frozen food heated up.
The hotel seems brand new (although in 3/20 we stayed here it was a Holiday Inn being remodeled). The pool is not open seems like it is being cleaned. I say stay here it is so convenient to the airport getting downtown and to the west and, northwest suburbs of St. Louis.
Orbitz didn’t confirm and there was no room available so had to sleep in my car in the car park thanks Orbitz

DoubleTree does not offer a complimentary breakfast, however we have opened our restaurant again for breakfast. Please contact the hotel for specific times and days of availablility.

The Underground Burger Bar normally gets great reviews from our guests, but I am sorry to see you did not enjoy your meal. We hope we can see you again soon.
