I liked how spread out the property is, the breathtaking view and options to eat at different spots on the compound. It was peaceful and very relaxing. I also felt safe. The only snag was in the bathroom where the water did not drain quickly in the tub and the toilet had to be flushed a few times occasionally.

Liked nothing. No update on anything and everything was broken inside the room including showed, wiring, sewage smell inside the room. The only thing was the food which was of average quality and looked like they wanted to maintain that. Can not stay there another time.

This property is old and tired. cabinetry in kitchen and bath peeling, bathroom door cracked and peeling. fridge doesn't fit in space in cabinet so left sticking out crooked. shower diverter knob and toilet tissue dispenser missing. sliding door broken. Plenty of food in restaurant; all average. Liquor, all cheapest available The all inclusive is only saving grace. Worked ok for my business trip. would never vacation there.

The staff has been lovely except the towel girl. Apparent need for towel card and looks down her nose at you.

very old room no hair dryer, bad beds, really bad service

The beach this hotel is located on is wonderful. The food was abundant and consistently prepared. Meal times worked well and were between 3 and 5 hours each. Giving you plenty of time to plan when you wanted to eat. The room was basic with a small flat screen tv and regual over the air broadcast channels. But who really goes to a tropical island to watch tv???

This property is not maintained at all, very old and falling apart. The bathroom was appalling, shower worked 50%, sink clogged, bathtub leaking from underneath and flooding the floor every time you shower. Refrigerator was not grounded, you will get shocked if you accidentally touch the backside. Dirty glasses/dishes not picked up for days outside room doors, grounds very rough looking and the pool is old and cloudy. Food was edible but that's the best I can say about it. The sister property at Hawksbill was basically the same from what I saw. I personally don't think either of these is worth what you pay even if it's a bargain. The staff was great and a nice beach.

I like the beach. The food is good. It’s close to St. John’s the city.

Nice location by the beach. All inclusive food and water sports amenities were nice. Would have liked to have a better description of the layout of facility (ie location of restaurants, gym, shops etc) at check in but otherwise staff were very nice.

The beach was beautiful. The service and staff were excellent. The breakfast buffet great, and the ala carte meals at the Warri Pier also very good. The pool seemed a bit murky, but the water aerobics classes and other activities fun. The grill and bar on the beach were great. My room was more than adequate but the bathroom was somewhat shabby. The air conditioning worked well, but there was no hot water in the shower for one day. In general, it was a very positive experience.

It’s a 3star hotel not any more. Nice beach and area

There was a mix up regarding my stay at the resort so we stayed in a subpar room for the first night and then we were moved to a much better room the next day. The staff were great and very friendly. I plan on visiting this resort again in the future.

I had never had a such an experience! I want people to know what they pay for ! I knew it was 3 star hotel and I stayed at 3 star hotel many times before . That hotel I could grade one tarnish star . First of all I want to begin with it’s was a huge hole in the wall that u can see trough another room very clearly . The hole was under the table that if u look in the hole u can see exactly the bed ppl lay on . I took a picture of it . Second was the room cleaning. The room cleaning was really bad . They give u dirty towels that have someone make up on . The staff is friendly but very slow and seems like not enough staff working sinse u have to wait in the line for breakfast lunch and dinner to be seated . The beach is good Dickensian beach is great but all inclusive hotel doesn’t clean the beach from seaweed often when Sandaks which is a next hotel have clean beAch all the time . Food was ok , not a lots of variety which I expected . There also black big worms everywhere on hotel territory that I found on my balcony on the 3 d floor but I heard from those that lived on the 1 st had them in the room. They don’t give u any straw for your drink and u have to touch the glass with your lips . If u see how they wash those glasses u would understand what I meant . I would not recommend this hotel to anyone !

it was good and bad my sister arrived at the hotel about 10am and had to sit in the lobby until after 3pm and the lady at the desk was very rude to them I paid for this over six months ago there was no reason for my sisters in that lobby at length of time I was very upset about that

Nice beach, friendly staff everything else in moderation.

Towels need to be replaced. Rooms and bathrooms could use some updating. Management needs to invest in the property to keep guests coming back.

Relaxing by the ocean, horse back riding on the beach, dinner on the pier restaurant , all in all was a good vacation.
