Hot tub and pool was great. Sauna was out of service. Room was really clean. All staff encountered were very friendly and accommodating Love the ability to go to hockey’s games at Mary browns Center and not have to go outside

Staff were amazing and the room was very clean. Pool was also very clean. Under the impression there was a breakfast included and there was not. However the restaurant located in the hotel had a wonderful breakfast.

I asked staff about going down town to ea and was recommended a few places to eat. what they did not warn me was how bad vagrancy was, at 17:30 in the evening, your beds were awful and there was a steady noise from the heating unit
