Great hotel that’s close to all the main attractions - so nice being close to Water St. The Signal Hill hike is a short distance away and many great restaurant options. Service was great and hotel was very clean. The rooms were very clean and high tech, but very small.

Loved everything about this property, design, cleanliness, location, view…but the most Amazing aspect is the staff! Every single staff member was kind, helpful, friendly, and made sure you had a great experience here. A few standout, namely Bailey who offered us a complimentary upgrade, suggested great restaurants when on-site options were not available, and booked a taxi, and always graciously. Lauren and David were also very helpful in rebooking an additional night’s stay and canceling taxi reservations when our flight out of St John’s was cancelled. Cleaning staff and dining staff also always very professional and courteous. Best hotel in every way!

The staff was very welcoming. It was clean but there was no room safe or bar refrig. The breakfast bar was not great. The food options were very limited and the staff were abrupt. The quiche gave me tummy pain and diarrhea 👎... beware.

Reception staff are outstanding, very helpful and knowledgeable. I do wish the room cleaning staff was more consistent and had a check list of items to replace / clean etc. it was different everyday! One day we had 6 towels! The next we had 2. Only one day they replaced the coffee pods! There should also be a small fridge in every room, we had to wait 3 days for one.
