If you need a place to stay near Utah Tech, this is the place. The location is within walking distance of the school. The prices are fair and our room was clean and well-maintained. The only thing we felt could have been better was the complimentary breakfast. The food was so-so at best. If you are expecting a real breakfats go down the street to Bonrue at 18 S 200 W or even Pink Donut. Otherwise, we liked the property and will book this again when we visit.

The location was perfect from near by Utah Tech University for dropping off our daughter for college. Rooms were really spacious and clean. Breakfast was a good selection. Front desk staff, Tu (sorry if spelt wrong) in particular, was really friendly and helpful.

Stay was good and comfortable. It was just a night’s stay on our way to Moab. Though we arrived very late, the receptionist was very kind and helped us with all the information we needed. Continental breakfast was very good(scrambled eggs to be specific which was dry) being re-filled from time to time. Overall our stay was nice.
