It wasn't obvious but after the first night we found out that we needed to request full service. After we requested full service on the morning of day 2 at the front desk, we still did not get it until the 3rd day. I will not be staying at this chain for further plans.

Everything was very clean, the staff friendly and helpful, I couldn't have asked for more.

Although we are in the middle of a pandemic, I only saw the general manager and one other young front desk person wearing a mask. The housekeepers either never wore them or they were under their chin. There is a hidden sign on the door saying a mask is required, but you have to look for it to see if they even have one. We thought about going back next month, but are rethinking that. Other than that, the room was quiet and the beds nice.

Decent place for the price !! Stayed with my kids for the weekend. Convenient location to get around the area.

No problem with our late check- in after a long day at the Grand Canyon followed by lots of traveling. Friendly staff. Lots of restaurants, stores, and gas stations nearby for whatever you might need.

This hotel is like a hidden gem! The rooms are spacious, and everything smells wonderfully fresh and clean. The beds are very comfortable too. All the staff are friendly, and there is a delicious breakfast each morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The location is convenient for excursions to Zion NP, Las Vegas/Lake Mead, Grand Canyon and surrounding areas, plus shopping/dining are within easy walking distance of the hotel.

Very comfortable, spatious room. Excellent location with walking distance restaurants and easy access to St. George and the parks. Nice breafast, friendly staff. They could upgrade the lobby decoration and make sure the rooms are thoroughly clean, we found old food in the fridge!
