Clean

Easy to get to and nice place to stay

The auto glass-doors were so noisy and they were right under our 2nd floor room. Every time it opened it felt like an underground train just passed. It was so loud even with earplugs. The next morning, the staff moved us to the 4th floor and it was nice and more relaxing.

Had water leak did not fix

Beds and bedding were old very uncomfortable. Lousy breakfast. Stayed at other Comfort Inns lately and they all had their regular full breakfast's. The owner seems to have taken advantage of the pandemic and cut back everywhere. Will not stay there again.

It was old needed some fixing up.. but not bad.

It was clean. We liked the mattress. There were no towel racks in the bathroom. The dresser only had two drawers. The breakfast was minimal and all packaged. I would rate this hotel with 2.5 stars.

Would stay here again.

It wasn't obvious but after the first night we found out that we needed to request full service. After we requested full service on the morning of day 2 at the front desk, we still did not get it until the 3rd day. I will not be staying at this chain for further plans.

Everything was very clean, the staff friendly and helpful, I couldn't have asked for more.

Although we are in the middle of a pandemic, I only saw the general manager and one other young front desk person wearing a mask. The housekeepers either never wore them or they were under their chin. There is a hidden sign on the door saying a mask is required, but you have to look for it to see if they even have one. We thought about going back next month, but are rethinking that. Other than that, the room was quiet and the beds nice.

Was good for the price!!! Very welcoming staff, places to eat around the hotel!!!

Nice experience, staff was nice, room was clean. Free breakfast & use of refrigerator to keep my water and coffee cold.
