You will LOVE this unit! This beautiful condo is on the RIDGE at Sports Village with gorgeous views and windows all the way around! We recently updated our unit with new carpet and paint throughout and new flooring in the bathroom! Unlike most of the other units in Sports Village, our unit is quiet, private and peaceful! If you've ever been to Sports Village you know it is more like a Resort than a condo complex!
Our condo is super clean and homey, with everything you will need to make your stay comfortable! The views are Incredible! The location is Fantastic! Like I mentioned, we're located on the ridge overlooking the fantastic landscape to the east and north! You feel like you are in a lush garden with all the windows looking out at the beautiful landscaping!
Our condo is quiet and peaceful yet it is just a few steps directly across the street from the clubhouse pools, tennis and pickle ball courts. Relax on our private covered patio - perfect for enjoying breakfast with a view- or in the afternoon or evening when you would like to quietly lounge in the shade.
The amenities in Sports Village are the best you can find! There is Everything you could want to do; swim- 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, kiddie pool (one pool with hot tub for adults 18 and older). The HOA is now closing the pools each year for two months from the Monday after Thanksgiving until the Friday of Presidents Day weekend. The hot tubs will still be open year round. There are 2 tennis courts, 1 pickle ball court, basketball courts, sand volleyball, shuffleboard, beautiful walking paths throughout the complex! Inside the spacious clubhouse (where you can borrow everything you need; basketballs, tennis rackets, ping pong paddles, etc.) is a work-out gym, racquetball courts, ping pong, pool table, Foosball, air hockey, and even an indoor miniature golf course!
There is so much to do on site- you may not want to leave! But...St. George area has countless amazing things to see in and around it as well! From Beautiful golf courses to mountain bike and ATV trails right next door, to hiking Snow Canyon to watching a play at the Tuacahn Theater. Just down the hill you can take a stroll along the paved path next to the Santa Clara River and view all sorts of wildlife! Zion National Park and Grand Canyon are just a short drive away. Shopping, including a wonderful Outlet Mall, is very close and convenient as well.
There is a set of steps to descend to get to this beautiful secluded unit. Free Wi-Fi! Our unit also has a washer and dryer! Our condo is perfect for one or two couples or a small family- we will rent up to 4 people total. You won't regret staying here- you will want to come back over and over again!
