Some of our favorites - Pesca`s, enjoy their more upscale main dining room or head up to their rooftop bar for cocktails and small bites and enjoy the views. Beaches, sit at the marina and indulge in local seafood and good sushi. Caps on the water, perfect intracoastal views and great food and drinks (a locals favorite). Head downtown for many other options. For your grocery shopping needs Publix is 1/2 a mile away.

Park in our oversized driveway and come up onto the back deck and through the back door. Enter into the fully equipped and updated kitchen and just past the kitchen is the laundry area, easy to drop all your sandy beach gear off.

Beyond the kitchen is the dining area and living room area. The living space is extremely cozy and perfect for a cuddling up for a movie or enjoying a midday nap! A small but optimized little room behind the fireplace is well appointed with a desk, for those times that work is needed and behind the desk is the reading nook and kids play corner. The screened in front porch is off the living room and has a cute bistro table, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee under the mature oak trees.

The primary bedroom off to the left has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom, smart tv, a closet and a dresser. Between the primary bedroom and second bedroom is the hall bathroom.The second bedroom boasts a queen bed, smart tv, a closet and a dresser. The third bedroom is to the right of the dining area, with French doors to the XL twin day bed with trundle. A pack n play is also provided.

Make your ways out doors to the fully fenced in backyard, perfect for grilling and chilling! Also perfect for yard games such as corn hole and ample space for the dogs to run around.

The house is fully available to guests except for a locked closet for the owner.

*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.

We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

We love welcoming pets! Dog friendly: cats are not permitted. Just a quick note — the pet fee is NOT automatically included in your booking total. It will be added separately after your reservation is confirmed.

Pet Policy - We are happy to host your dogs! 2 dogs allowed, please reach out with any questions. We ask that you do not leave your dogs alone at the house for long periods of time, distressed animals can cause damage or excessive barking can upset neighbors. The beach is dog friendly, there are leash laws. Please tell us about your dog(s). We love to hear about them!

Pet Fee - A pet fee will be charged, $175 for 1 -2 dogs, for the stay. Please let us know when booking your pet information. There is no pet fee for certified service animals, we do ask as a courtesy to let us know if you will be bringing a service animal during your stay.
Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

If there’s an excess of trash left behind and we need to arrange for its removal, there will be a $100 fee. Thanks for understanding!
