This is a slice of heaven. A calming, restorative, and peaceful retreat on the water. We were only here one night, but absolutely plan to return. Our dogs loved it too!

Had a wonderful time and everything was perfect. The views are spectacular. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is easy to cook in. Communication is amazing and we are very impressed. Would highly recommend this home and the owners.

Beautiful home and location

We enjoyed our stay at the River House, the setting is beautiful and our Host, Tiana thought of everything to make our vacation as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. We will definitely be booking this home again in the future. The views are amazing!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is huge with a comfortable king bed. The cabana was nice. The whole property is just as described, fully stocked with supplies, clean, and very quiet. The property is about 15 miles out of St. Augustine. The closest restaurant we could find was Outback Crab Shack which was good but a little on the expensive side. I did not want to leave that beautiful view!!

Great place on St. John's River

We loved our stay here. Very well-stocked, huge fenced-in yard for our dogs, beautiful home and view, and 30 minutes away from St. Augustine and beaches. The cabana was a huge bonus with a nice full bath, large tv, and gym. This is the nicest place we have stayed on vacation and would highly recommend it.
