We are just off the beaten path, so you may hear activity early in the morning to late at night….It is a vibrant town!




Our unit #1 is entered through the front door of the Main house, marked #1.
Free on street parking. DO NOT park next to a yellow curb or at Restaurant—(you may receive a ticket) If using the area to the right of the house to park please do not have others blocked in.

This space features central AC and a window AC unit in each room, along with a mini fridge, microwave, kettle, plates, bowls, cups, utensils, and complimentary coffee/tea. The bathroom includes a standing shower, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, toothbrush, toothpaste, and two sets of towels per bed. Outside, there's a large side yard with a shared garden (not fenced). We allow a maximum of two dogs for a $35 cash fee per dog; no cats or other animals are permitted. Dogs must be leashed and cleaned up after. Dog fees are not included in your reservations. Security cameras are present on the property.

Driving is best, but you can rent bikes, scooters, three wheelers or grab any of the tourist trollies...all just a few blocks away or call a pedi-cab and they will pick you up at the front of the property! Walking is a great option however driving is recommended to fit in many activities during your visit.

-Having many properties to cover is not a good excuse for anything that we might have missed. Please let us know if there is anything we can fix or drop off. Communication is the key to a great stay and we hope to fulfill that experience!

I would 100% recommend this to anyone. The place we stayed was so cozy. It was perfect size for one or two people, maybe more. I didn’t have pets but it does allow a dog. There was parking on the property, which is a huge plus for St Augustine. It is driving distance from Vilano and walking distance from St George’s street and the fountain of youth. It is a cute, private little area and the pickle factory is across the street.

We went for night of lights. This place had everything we needed for our stay and was a great price. My husband and I walked to and from the apartment a few times a day so definitely got in a lot of steps walking over to where the lights were. The unit was clean and spacious and the bed was super comfortable.woukd definitely go back

While the host was very prompt in responding to questions about chek in, etc, the room and property is suffering from lack of maintenance and is desperately in need of some TLC. I have pictures of:A broken lamp (an electrical problem waiting to happen), a dangerous shower (slippery floor with no hand holds), an ac unit needing maintenance, a tarp on a roof, bicycles mired in weeds, trash cans left at the curb long after they had been emptied causing serious difficulty in vehicular exit from the property, and grounds needing a major clean up. This was a recently listed property, maybe that is why the price was so appealing. And no, I don't regret it in any way. It is a portion of a one-family house now subdivided into areas for different guests. Each one has a separate entry, and everyone could share the lawn and the parking lot. No eye-catching renovation, but clean and has everything one needs, no kettle though, had to microwave liquids. Very close to Saint Augustin's downtown area, if need be, one could even walk. There were a few hiccups getting the front door code. The original message stated "We will be in contact with you prior to your stay and will send check-in information 2 days before your reservation." Yet, codes are sent out at 9 a.m. on the day of the arrival in the Expedia chat, not to the phone or email and no earlier than 9 a.m. on the day, so this is something to be aware of. The A/C was blowing super cold through a floor grille, and the only way to have it adjusted was to contact the host. Even that was not particularly efficient since (I believe) the house had central A/C and the host had the other guests' preferences to consider. Yet, to use a heater to offset the A/C seemed ridiculous. Wi-fi worked great. Overall, a bargain for the money I paid, but I guess that I was just lucky ;)

Great Stay

A great location to stay in St. Augustine. Located just outside the busy area. Close enough to enjoy the downtown area any time of day and easy enough to commute back when a break is needed. The property has several rentals and we are looking forward to booking again as soon as we find another event to attend. Over all it was a great stay and experience. I hope you get to book it.

Easy get away

Overall nice location. Parking is a little rough. There is no kitchen, limited space to sit. If your just looking for a place to shower and sleep this is a great find. But that’s about all it’s good for. Host was very easy to work with. Come and go as you please. Location is right next to down town, making it easy to Uber back and forth. Beach was only a few minutes away. Would definitely stay here again.

Short and Sweet

My sister and I took our mom to St. Augustine for a short trip. This cute house was close enough to historic downtown, but far enough to be quiet and quaint. While the place is small, the main bedroom was very large, and everything was well appointed; everything was clean and nicely placed. The only item I would suggest for future guests, would be suitcase racks since there isn't any place to put our luggage besides the floor. The property manager was attentive, kind and professional, and for the price, I would certainly recommend and visit again.

Location is in a quiet neighborhood. Street parking always available in front of the property. The location is convenient to downtown; a short drive to the beach and downtown. The property has 3 rental units. This unit is nice and clean. Looks just like the pictures. The host is great! She will contact you upon arrival and throughout the stay to make sure all is well. She has a website that you will revive a link to once you book with all sorts of recommendations for the area. Check-in/out is super easy as there is a code for the door for easy access. I recommend and would love to stay at this property again!

Teeny tiny space

We had two vehicles. It was very hard to park at the property. It was a very small driveway with a stone wall around it so you had to back in to the driveway so that you were able to get out because it was nowhere to turn around on the property. Apparently there are four apartments in this one house and the first several days we were the only people there with a vehicle but then there were other vehicles on the property. The windows of the property were extremely dirty and also had algae growing on them. We could not adjust the blinds. One was halfway down and it had no string to put the rest of the blind down so anyone could look into the windows. We did not have any extra supplies such as dish towels or bathroom towels. We had no dish soap. I had to purchase it. We were given a 1-in sponge to wash dishes and a dishcloth to dry them. There was no furnace, only space heaters and the air conditioning was two window air conditioners. To the one bedroom there was a 1-in step down that was not properly labeled. It only had red tape on it instead of the words. I lost my footing at one point. I would not recommend this property if you want to cook. There was no stove top. Only a microwave and a coffee maker. A small refrigerator apartment size was available but the freezer was so iced over, you could not put anything in it. They were only three hangers in the armor so I could not properly hang up any clothing. The television was streaming only. There were no local channels.
