Great place

We took a last minute girls trip and found this to be a great spot. The beach was not too crowded and the condo was close to a lot of restaurants and ice cream shops. A nice distance from St. Augustine too if you decide to go into the historic part of town. The unit and appliances/furnishings are a little older but everything worked and it was very comfortable. Overall it was a great location and would definitely book here again.

We had a very relaxing stay. Though my car did fit the small garage, a much larger truck or suv might not fit, and it would be helpful to include something on your website that identifies what type or size of vehicle may / may not fit. Awesome condo right in the heart of st. Augustine beach. Condo is a bit dated but everything works great! It is stocked well with kitchen stuff, toiletries and towels. The condo is an end unit and was nice and quiet. The two pool areas were awesome and clean not over crowded. Very short boardwalk to beach access. We come to st. Augustine a lot and will be back for sure.

Perfect St. Augustine Beach Vacation

Convenient to all necessities. Clean condo, AC worked great, even upstairs! Drive on beach access, mini-golf, several ice-cream shops, surf shops, seafood restaurants, shopping, souvenirs, and Old Town!!! Waves, fishing, and plenty of wide Sandy beach. Can’t beat it! Already planning next years vacation to St Augustine Beach and I live in Jacksonville. Yes, I’m a homer and I love this area!!!

The property was clean, easy to check in and out, and great access to the pools and beach. However there are a number of things that need updating, and some repair work had been done poorly. Some spackle had been put on the wall and crumbs of it covered the bedspread and a painting on the wall...not sure what happened there?

St Augustine was Great

For the most part; our stay was satisfactory and a good value. Unfortunately for us the weather turned cool upon arrival. The unit had that musty closed up smell which we couldn't clear out by opening windows. Earlier postings about new carpet would be our suggestion too. All in all. We'd rent again. Thanks Anna!
