The apartment was just as pictured. Location was perfect, right on the beach and walkable to lots of restaurants & shops. The arts & crafts show was right next door. The kitchen was well stocked and organized.

All around excellent! The location of this condo on the beach can’t be beat. We enjoyed waking to the sounds and breeze of the ocean and having the beach only a few steps away. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is very close to excellent restaurants, ice cream and donut shops, and bicycle rental (the beach cruisers we rented were perfect for riding along the beach at low tide). Communication was excellent before and during our stay and response was timely. Will stay again!

Our stay was exceptional! We truly enjoyed our time here; the condo, the property and the location could not have been better! The host was outstanding. 100% recommend. We hope to return next year. We said this Pier Point 57 would be our home away from home. It was that comfortable and relaxing.

Wonderful weekend getaway

We had a wonderful time here. Our only regret was not booking this location for longer. Perfect distance to the beach and restaurants. Maintained well and a very responsive host.

A - Perfect location, perfect view, perfect unit

Pros:Everything about our stay was great. Location is right on the beach, between a doughnut shop and a frozen ice/ice cream place. Unit was in great shape - clean and full of everything we needed. Property management was outstanding - great communications before and during. Was nice that they provide some basics like a starter coffee pack. Also great that beach chairs and umbrella were provided. Would absolutely stay here again.Cons:The only con was we were only there 3 nights.

Wonderful place to stay!

Our vacation in saint Augustine was absolutely wonderful. The only slight glitch was that the internet service was down for about a day and a half, but management promptly fixed it and offered us a hotspot for us to use in the meantime. We were offered 4 tickets to a list of events and chose the Alligator Farm. The only reason I gave communication 4 stars was because of a misunderstanding between myself and management regarding the 4 free tickets. I believe communication could have been a little clearer. Otherwise, everything was wonderful and we will be back again!

Good family spot to relax

Great location and quick responses for any needs or concerns. Wonderful views from the balcony and couldn't beat the distance from the beach. Would definitely go back.

Fantastic stay!

Amazing beachfront location with direct beach access. Enjoyed the great amenities, comfortable beds, and spacious rooms. Super convenient with restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Best location!

This location absolutely can’t be beat! The ocean is right outside your patio! Plenty of restaurants and coffee places just a short walk away. Nice pool area too. Can’t wait to come back!

Great location

Great beachfront location. Needs a little TLC, painting water leaks on ceiling, the sheet on King bed is horrible! Ripped and thin. Two pillowcases were King size on Regular pillows. Need blackout drapes in bedrooms for non early risers. Oceanfront location was great however.regular pullowa.

Pretty and Clean

Property, owners, and all neighbors were very nice and helpful. Condo was very clean and pretty. We had no issues with our stay other than the parking spot for our condo was far away from the condo. Not a big deal just made loading and unloading difficult.

Wonderful!!!

Wonderful condo in a quiet complex. Very clean, comfy bed & sofa, stocked kitchen amenities, access to beach chairs & towels. Amazing view from the balcony & living room. Walking distance to many restaurants & bars and a quick drive to grocery store. Complex pool looked peaceful, although we did not use it. Would definitely stay here again!
