nice location, some issues

Location was good. Nice walk down to the beach. Mattress in the master needs to be replaced, I slept in a rut and the sheets were pilly. Also were some stains on the pillow shams and one of the twin bedspreads. A call to sunshine realty took care of the sheets and they were easy to deal with. People upstairs were up before 6 every morning and we could hear them walking around. Overall it was ok, but probably will find a different place next time.

Grandkids weekend get away

Property was perfect for 3 adults and 2 children. Heated pool was a plus. Location was great for restaurants, easy drive to downtown St. Augustine and right in the beach. Kids loved walking on the beach and picked up lots of shells. If we go back to that area, I will definitely book this property again.
