The house was very charming and location was great. Could walk to the historic district Had a full size pickup truck and there was plenty of parking. House was clean. Host was very quick to respond to any questions. Check in and check out process was quick and easy. Would stay there again

The place was very nice, roomy, and clean. There is a driveway with a large parking area in the back. An indoor porch in the front and an outdoor porch in the back with a gas fire and a grill. The kitchen was nicely appointed. The location is right in the heart of the historic district. I would absolutely stay there again.

Great place! Location was perfect to explore St George St and plenty of space for four of us to spread out! We liked the back porch and fire table especially.

Great Trip to St. Augustine Historic District

The property was nicer than expected. We had a great communication with the team, a very clean and well-organized property, easy parking access on the property, and the location was perfect. It was right in the heart of the historic district with no need to use the car at all. Everything is walkable. There are loads of good restaurants and sunspots nearby. And it seemed that there was ice cream and waffles on every block!

Absolutely perfect location - close to everything you could want to walk to, in downtown St. Augustine. The house was immaculate and kitchen and main bathroom renovated. Parking was easy and convenient...We would stay here again!

Perfect location to visit the historic district. Short walk to tourist sites and restaurants. The house was clean and comfortable and situated in a quiet neighborhood. This was our third stay at this property.

We loved it. Easy quick walking distance from everything we wanted to see. Very clean and well equipped. The back porch was wonderful for morning coffee and night time wine. A little bit of quiet paradise in the heart of the city. Suggestions would be longer pulls on the fans and a small step ladder for reaching higher shelves in the kitchen, for us short people. Would definitely stay here again

Charming home within blocks of Old City. The house was clean and has been nicely updated. They were very responsive to our questions and quick to address any issues. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location just a short walk to historic district. Comfortable, clean, quiet, great parking. Only gave 3 stars because it’s a work in progress. Very old & not updated in some areas, limited storage, no closet or hanging space in bedrooms and bathrooms. The shortcomings aren’t deal killers but just not worth 5 stars. This property is a handyman and a painter shy of being a real jewel.
