This stylish brand-new built townhome is perfect for small groups or family trips. We sit in a community with playground and volleyball area. The pool and gym are in the front section of the community - 10 min walk.
We are 25 minutes away from Ponte Vedra Beach. 10 minute drive to the The Pavilion at Durbin Park, and a 8 minute walk to amazing restaurants.
IMPORTANT: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up to date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.

This property is fairly new and very well kept, nice quiet neighborhood. big kitchen, nice for cooking. Our host was very attentive and made sure there were cooking essentials on site for us.the tiny billiards in the garage were fun too!thank you.
