This bright and breezy larger unit offers stunning water views and loads of coastal charm. Step through the large, screened lanai where rocking chairs await. This is a great place to enjoy morning coffee while watching magnificent sunrises over the intercoastal. There is also an open-air balcony that overlooks the harbor. This is a perfect spot for sipping your favorite beverage and enjoying incredible sunsets in the evening, all while watching boats go by.

The spacious living area features serene beach decor and calming blues, creating a restful and relaxing escape. The sleeper sofa accommodates additional guests, and the fireplace makes the room feel cozy. A dining table and kitchenette provide plenty of space to eat in during your stay. There is a small refrigerator, an air fryer/convection microwave, a Keurig, a large coffee pot, a toaster oven, and other small appliances for convenience.

The King bed makes you feel like royalty as you sleep, and there is plenty of storage in the dresser and end tables for longer visits.
