Esta propiedad está ubicada en el borde de la entrada de San Sebastián en la ciudad de San Agustín. Esta es una casa de 2 pisos, el apartamento está ubicado en el segundo piso de la casa. Este apartamento es una unidad completa separada de la planta baja. El apartamento se ingresa desde la planta baja y una escalera interior que conduce al segundo piso. Desde el espacio en el segundo piso puede disfrutar de la vista panorámica y los numerosos puertos deportivos a través de las ventanas de gran tamaño y el porche delantero. Veleros, barcos camaroneros y otros recipientes de agua proporcionan un rico festín visual. La escena siempre está cambiando. En la primavera, el verde claro y el azul del pantano brillan en la suave luz. Más adelante en el año, el verde oscuro y los marrones son más visibles. Marina Sunsets

Wonderful upstairs location with great views. Enjoyed the stay except for noisy neighbor downstairs who had loud TV from 9 pm til 230 am on two nights. Luckily they left a few days before us. Perfect other than that. Would stay again!

Unique, clean and close to town

We had a very enjoyable stay. Our apartment was clean, well stocked, with great views and sunset. Had a little problem with the TV, called Michael and Hyacinth and they came over immediately. Couldn't get the problem fixed so they brought a brand new TV the next day. Could not have been happier with their response. Excellent hosts.

43rd anniversary

This property was amazing. From clean, conveniently located, and private. All the amenities you could ask for. We will choose this place again. Suite B was the entire upper of the house, very spacious. The hosts were easy to communicate with too. Thanks and God Blessed our time here abundantly!

Amazing getaway!!!

This place is spectacular. Great views! Inviting courtyard. Plenty of comfortable seating, not cheap furniture. Very comfortable king-size bed and some couches that are sleeper sofas. Nice walk to historic areas, cafes, art galleries. The layout is so nice because it has a sunroom and a deck so no matter the weather, you can see the view. Then there is lots of amazing artwork that is a bonus! I would give it 10 stars!

Charming House

This house was so charming! It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Perfect location within walking distance to many restaurants and the historic downtown area. The view and the garden area were gorgeous. I would definitely stay here again!

Delightful and comfortable

The dwelling is attractively, warmly and comfortably furnished. It has 2 great porches that are wonderful retreats at different times of day. Short walk to town and nearby lake. Warm and friendly hosts attention to any " problems" that mightbarise is quick. You will enjoy the experience!

relaxing getaway weekend

The space is so lovely with the owners beautiful original art on the walls - this is only outdone by the view of the marina and the gorgeous sunsets. My friend and I enjoyed every moment in this well appointed space and ate every meal on the porch to take in the views. It is a very walkable distance to the downtown area / restaurants / shops. We highly recommend this place for a weekend getaway or even a longer stay - we wish we had booked for a few more days!

A wonderful stay in a historic neighborhood

From beginning to end, we had a wonderful stay. The unit is in a great location in a historic neighborhood. We used the on/off trolley our first two days to acclimate to St. Augustine. The sunset from the porch overlooking the marsh was stunning each evening. The unit is filled with beautiful original art which greeted us as we entered the property. Thought has been put into the welcoming parking area, walk to the porch and the unit. We will stay again…

Marina Sunsets is a beautiful place to stay. Hyacinth was wonderful to communicate with, got back to me within minutes of asking a question. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful place to stay. Close enough to walk to the restaurants and stores but far enough away from the crowds.

Great unit for a couples getaway

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights. Unfortunately for us it rained so we never saw the beautiful sunset. It is a great location. Very close to everything in St Augustine. The grounds could use a little TLC but it was fine we were sightseeing most of the time.

Amazing home

What a wonderful place. Everything was just as advertised. Bedding was extremely comfortable and having access to both a front porch and a back porch was awesome. The owners responded quickly with any questions. The ambience with all of the artwork and detailed grounds are beautiful. We will definitely be back and recommend this to all of our friends.
