This beautiful ground floor unit is just one unit away from the ocean, directly by the pool, and lives up to the description. The unit was well furnished with anything you would need, the furniture was comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. We will definitely stay here again!

Coquina Crescent Beach

Great hidden gem. Only about 40 condos right on the beach. Been going here for a while now and just enjoy it immensely.

Like Coming Home

Coquina is a beautifully maintained property and B106 is the perfect condo. Ground floor means easy access and close to the sea means great views out the patio door and the magical sound of the waves. The unit itself was clean, well stocked with blankets, pillows, dishes...all the necessities. Danielle was easy to communicate with and provided accurate and timely information. I cannot recommend Danielle and this property highly enough. We will be back again...real soon I hope.
