This unit is located on the third floor and there is no elevator. The "O" building is the closest to the beach in the Ocean Village Club Condominiums, offering unbeatable proximity to the sand and sea. With its open floor plan and plenty of space, this condo comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.

Updated and Inviting Living Space: This unit features two fully remodeled bathrooms and an updated kitchen, blending sleek, modern design with a relaxed beachy vibe that's perfect for vacation living. Enjoy having an in unit washer and dryer to use during the length of your stay.

Resort-Style Amenities: You will have the most optimal access to the beach access area compared to others in the Ocean Village Club Condominiums (beach chairs provided in the unit). Guests have access to two pools—one just behind your condo, surrounded by open lawn areas, shuffleboard, and private beach access. The second pool (heated in winter) includes a fitness center and adjacent tennis courts, located centrally within the complex. For outdoor enjoyment, there are grilling and picnic pavilions with ample space to gather with family and friends to relax. - AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation.
-No Smoking/Vaping Allowed. To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all surrounding areas, including balconies and patios. If any evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fee will be assessed to cover the necessary cleaning and deodorization costs.
- To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. - We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
- We're excited to host you! Prior to your arrival, you will receive a digital Welcome Guide containing everything you need for a seamless stay. This guide will include all access codes, WIFI login and password details, and important information about the home. Additionally, the guide features area attractions, local recommendations, and amenities to help you make the most of your stay.

- Parking is free. You will receive the code to the gate and there will be parking and gate passes in the unit when you check-in.
