This location is ideal for proximity to the beach and convenient access to the local eateries and attractions. The neighborhood is ideal for bringing your dog, and is quiet and nice for walking to the beach. The unit was comfortable except for the beds - no king even though listing stated there was - and both queen mattresses were soft foam and led to terrible sleeping for the entire party. We ended up leaving one night early bc of this, along with the worn linens and pillows. WiFi was great and all appliances worked. Some fixtures were worn but overall it was in line with the age and price point.

I was looking for a place near the amphitheater but I was also looking for something close to the beach and this place was it! Cozy condo with all the basics. I would definitely stay here again!! Excellent location - about 400-500 yards from the beach. Exceptionally clean! All appliances were in great shape. Most importantly - dog friendly but so clean you could never guess dogs have been staying there.

A nice place

Nothing fancy, but comfortable and the pool is close. Great place to bring a dog as it's a very dog friendly community. If you want to take your dog to the beach, however, you'll need to drive a few blocks down A1A. But for the human guests, it's a short and pleasant walk even in summer to the State Park beach.
