While the July real-feel temperature soared to 127 degrees, the interior of the rental remained 1960’s cool. The decor is entirely paneled with blonde colored hardwood, giving the space a very cozy and retro feel. The kitchen is well stocked with things you might need, and even includes a wine fridge. The views of both the ocean and the inter coastal are truly “million dollar” variety; we simply couldn’t believe the incredible beauty of the views from nearly every single inch of the space. The wraparound balcony is stocked with plenty of outdoor furniture - including a cute corner table and high-sitting chairs where you can enjoy a nice meal or a glass of a cold beverage. Our only criticisms include the bathrooms and the furniture. While the furniture is clean and in good condition, it simply isn’t comfortable. The double bed in the master bedroom is both small and the mattress is very thin. For as much as we loved the vibe and views of this amazing condo, we weren’t very comfortable sitting or sleeping in it. The bathrooms are, frankly, tired. They need updating and improvements are needed for the shower and bathtub. One of the mater bathroom sinks didn’t drain, and the shower was a hand-held. With the addition of more comfortable furniture and a nice queen size bed, we would gratefully return again and again.
