Sleeping arrangements
This lower-level duplex unit sleeps up to 4 guests and features two bedrooms with queen beds. Each bedroom includes bed linens, hangers, and storage space, along with extra pillows and blankets to help you settle in comfortably. A pack-n-play is available for families traveling with little ones.

Living space
The open living room offers a comfortable place to relax after a day in the historic district. Enjoy an HDTV, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating to keep the space comfortable year-round. A dedicated workspace and WiFi make it easy to stay connected if needed.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. You’ll find a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and dining table for shared meals. Cooking basics and dishes and silverware are provided, making it easy to enjoy breakfast before heading out to explore the city.

Bathroom & laundry
The full bathroom includes a bathtub, hot water, bathroom essentials, and a hair dryer. For added convenience, the home also includes a washer, dryer, and iron so you can keep everything fresh during longer stays.

Outdoor space
Relax on the inviting front porch with swing chairs, a peaceful place to enjoy the historic surroundings of the neighborhood. The backyard space is shared with the upstairs unit. Please note that there is no fire pit at the property.

This listing is for the downstairs unit of a duplex property. Each property has its own private entrance, and there is no connection between the upstairs and downstairs units once inside. Guests enjoy self check-in with keypad access, free parking on premises, and a private entrance. Each unit sleeps 4 guests, or the entire property (Cordova A + B) can be rented together to sleep up to 8 guests.

Located in Historic Downtown St. Augustine, the home places you within walking distance of Castillo de San Marcos, shops, dining, galleries, and many of the city’s most well-known attractions.
