Summary:
Nestled under a canopy of native oak trees, Castile invites you to settle in and make yourself at home. Situated just minutes from Anastasia State Park and St. Augustine Beach and a 10 minute drive to Downtown St. Augustine, Castile is the perfect location to enjoy all that St. Augustine has to offer. Whether you're working remotely or taking that much needed family vacation, our home is ready to welcome you.

The Space:
As you enter the front door, to the right is the stairway leading to the primary suite with walk in closet and ensuite bathroom with a stand up shower. Continue straight ahead and you'll see the living room, furnished with a large sectional sofa and 65 in Smart TV. To the left is our fully equipped kitchen with a bar-height breakfast bar. Pass through the living room and open the sliding doors to reveal the sweeping deck, where you'll have plenty of space for yoga and coffee in the mornings and happy hour in the evenings. A small, fenced-in, side yard is perfect for our four-legged guests. Adjacent to the living room are the two sizable queen guests rooms and guest bathroom, fitted with a tub/shower combination. In the garage, you'll find beach essentials as well as the washer and dryer. Please note, owner's car is stored in the garage so parking in the garage is unavailable. EV charging available for a fee based on usage.

Guest Access:
Guests will have 24/7 access to the entire property. Keyless entry provided.

The Neighborhood:
Castile is located in a small residential neighborhood, with many local, long term residents. Our home is intended to be a quiet retreat and we ask that you treat our neighborhood as if it were your own. The neighborhood is adjacent to Anastasia State Park where you can explore hiking trails and rent kayaks and paddle boards (highly recommended!) We are within walking distance to the St. Augustine Amphitheater and Anastasia State Park. Downtown St. Augustine and St. Augustine beach are a few minutes away by car.

Getting Around:
Our neighborhood is very walkable but we recommend having a car to experience all that St. Augustine has to offer. As of mid 2021, Uber and Lyft are not a reliable form of transportation.

Other Things to Note:
Credit card processing fees will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation.

We are pet friendly, however pets must be approved in advance and pet fees will apply.
Pet Policy: For the safety and comfort of your pets please do not leave your pets unattended inside the property at any time.

Exceptional value

Owner communication is outstanding. House is very clean and super convenient to all of St Augustine. The house was exactly what we were looking for to try our initial value focused snowbird adventure. We did not get to use the outdoor area much due to weather but the outdoor area is very nice. There is a great French cafe about 3 blocks away. Would definitely recommend this home. Not luxury but it’s clean and efficient and the owners are great.

Great location off the beatin' path!

I can't say enough about this house. It was beautifully decorated for the coastal area. It was unique with the outdoor space. Communication with the property management company was superb!

The house was adorable and perfect for a small group. The area felt very safe to walk my dogs and it was confidently located! Only a few minutes to historic St Augustine, super close to the beach and Publix was just a few miles away! The hosts were very responsive. The pictures matched the home. I would absolutely rent here again! We all loved it!

Perfect spot!

Close to the beach, groceries, gas and downtown but on a quiet and secluded street with no traffic. It was great to come back from the beach and have a hose ready on the fenced in deck to clean the sand off of people and gear before going inside. The house was clean, spacious and fully stocked for every need. The hosts were available but not intrusive...a perfect mix! I don't think you can do better in St. Augustine.

Great for Golfers

3 of us met in Saint Augustine to play golf in the area for 3 days and 2 nights. This property was perfect for us as it gave us a lot of time to spend together and have dinners and breakfasts on sight.

Great family property
