Everything was great except the pool was closed the night we stayed. Fortunately, the hotel arranged for guests to use the pool next door, which was a nice alternative. It was a pretty cold night, but the kids still had a good time—and that’s what mattered most.

Staff was welcoming upon arrival, my bed was super comfortable, and not a lot of noise considering the hotel was full. Breakfast was a highlight although the waffle machine was broken and generic cereal was used with name brand labels. Love the Dove products. Overall good experience and I would return.

The hotel was freezing cold, the rooms across the hall doors were open when we arrived and same when we left, doors open being held open by dirty laundry. Soaps in shower were completely bone dry empty. Staff was no where to be found our entire stay other than at Check in. Was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had.
