All was good. Hot big breakfast. Big hottub. Nice pool, clean rooms, hot water in room, nice staff, housekeeping cleanef on xmas too
I asked for a handicapped room, they said they did not have that down. But they gave me one with a roll in shower. Problem, the shower design is backwards so when you sit on the seat to wash, you must then stand up to rinse off or the water instead of going down the drain, it slants in the opposite direction and floods the bathroom floor. This not only makes it hard for a person to use it, but dangerous as well. I let hotel management know this.
This hotel was great ... very comfortable, very clean, very good service. Breakfast was great and hot ... bacon, eggs, biscuits among others ... Brenda (breakfast server) was VERY nice, friendly, and helpful. The room was nice and clean as well as the bathroom. Seemed to be a newer hotel as everything was very nice. My only complaint is that I didn't want to leave!!! Would highly recommend this hotel! :D
