The "manager" had a bad attitude, and informed me that even though I had a reservation it didnt matter and that she had overbooked the hotel and they were "first come, first serve"

The entire room was dirty from the walls to the bedding. If there had been another hotel with availability in the area, we would have left. We went to the store and bought bedding to sleep on. There was never anyone at the front desk during our whole stay. No coffee pot or any other kitchen utensils, not sure why there is a kitchenette in the room? I paid 189.95 for this room, it is not even a $50 a night room. Absolutely disgusting.

There was a minor issue with the room, but the staff took care of it immediately, the lady we checked in with was absolutely wonderful! Great staff very courteous!!!

The room was outdated but at least it was clean. The lady at the front desk was rude, and it took 25 mins just to get her to come to the desk to check me in. Had to call three times before she finally showed up.

This place was out dated and stinky. The walls were dingy and the fridge was dirty. It smelled and the bed made weird noises.

Awful, just awful

I showed up as a late check-in after calling twice to confirm the process. I stood in the lobby with several others in the same boat and no one came to check us in despite calling as we were told. We all eventually left and had to find alternate lodging at 1 a.m.

Well first of all there wasn’t any curtains in our room . part of the blinds were missing so we had to put a towel over the blinds , roaches in the bedroom and there was a particular musty smell bed not that comfortable
