Good location and room for us all. Hotel needs a renovation! Who’s ever heard of a square pillow that barely fits under your head. Workout equipment had several issues. Only two options and the bike is broken and buttons on the treadmill are not functional. Treadmill was also not accurately giving me the speed.
I had a great stay. The staff was friendly and the room was very enjoyable. The only issue I had was that the shower head was broken, but the staff was very helpful and offered me a different room.
The people who works there are freat and always been helpful.

Very bad quality for a “Hotel” room was dirty and had a bad smell there was mold in the restroom. It was a smoke free room and it smelled like people smoked in there. Customer service was not great some of the employees were not friendly and rude. Overall I would not stay at this hotel again.
The hotel was very conveniently located. The building was in need of repair. A large section of wallpaper in the hallway was taped up. A picture frame on the wall in room was broken and the toilet lever was broken but functional.
Great staff and perfect spot for our visit. The tub was sooo slippery for my 81 yr old mom but otherwise great hotel for us.
Air/heat terribly noisy making sleep very difficult. Indoor pool not heated.
Staff ... super! Room... when water was running elsewhere it sounded like someone was "drlling" concrete down the hall... :-( Otherwise the room was comfortable. Exercise room... poor condition...

so we get there And the guy doesn't even looK up..he pointS finger up and says one moment please. That's fine the rudely asked "reservation?"Then when I give him my name and pull it up and ask that I be in the room next to my sister, he just ignores me. And puts her no where near me by the way. and don't bother asking for extra pillows or sheets for that fold out couch. Not only will no one answer you kama you certainly won't get them. The whole reason I got that room was so that we could use the fold out couch for the kids, it does no good when we can't get any lInens for it. the next morning he announces to everyone that the continental breakfast will be ending. that's fine everyone was just finishing up anyway. Five minutes later he comes out and glares angrily at all of us. another reason I picked this place was for the amenities. The kids were really looking forward to a swim after breakfast. Was it entirely necessary to shock the pool and hot tub at 10 a.m. and make it unavailable for everyone When check out was 11? why couldn't that have been done at 11?
Our family of 5 had plenty of room in the suite. There was a pool and hot tub on site. Great price for the room!
