Hipster Haven in the Ozarks

Elegant haven of hipsterness and style tucked into the Ozarks. Intoxicating scent as you walked in. Curated, textured interiors with a fab bar and even more fab vinyl lounge. Adored our stay. Oh and there was a coffee bar, where you could get free refills.

Dissapointed.

No hot water in the sink in our room. Given an adjoining room. Strangers next door sounded like they were in our room. I never complain, but this stay was not great. Just expected more. Check in staff not very helpful. Beautiful town though...great restaurants and attractions. Don't miss the Walmart museum!

From the location, to the vibes of the hotel, and the services offered onsite (restaurant, coffee shop, valet) everything was top-notch. The price point is a steal considering all the amenities, the walkability to everything, and the overall look of the hotel. Amazing stay and can’t wait to come back again.

My room was a bit weird as the bathroom and bedroom are essentially the same room with a toilet in one closet and shower in another whilst the vanity is out on full display in the bedroom. The bed was a Murphy bed (a good one) but the room also felt like someone had dumped a lot of leftover furniture in it… far more stools etc than would ever be needed. It had connecting doors on both sides so perhaps it can be part of a bigger suite and works better that way. The bar was good but closed too early. Didn’t try any food options. Super friendly staff.

Parking issue.

The room was very clean. The room had a Murphy bed with seating under it something new for us. The bathroom sink was in the room and not in the bathroom itself. Something new for us and I would say I'm not a fan. The room was under 400 square feet and with the Murphy bed up it felt roomy. Hotel is down town and our visit had a lot of construction going on. Self parking sucks. We did the valet parking. Not to bad at 20 dollars a night. Hotel was recommended by family we was visiting in Bentonville. I rate it a 4.5. Self parking is a issue for me. I would stay there again despite the parking issue. Lots of things to do and see near hotel also.

The positive aspects of this hotel...the downtown location, the decor/vibe of the lobby, the employees we encountered were all very pleasant and helpful. The negative aspects of this hotel...for 3 people the room was quite small, lacked privacy, no seating besides the bed, the shower closet door opens out to the "hall" allowing water to drip all over the floor & there is no private space to get dried off & dressed, there is no coffee/maker in the room, and no fan in the toilet closet. If you are traveling alone for work & it’s a short stay, this hotel may work well for you.

Hip place to stay in downtown Bentonville. Fireplace, wood, and green plants makes the lobby a warm and inviting place to meet up with friends. Only criticism is the rooms are minimalist and on the small side. A little odd that bathroom sink is in the bedroom. But I would still highly recommend to hotel. Gracious and helpful staff.

The property was great but the bunk rooms should be explained. We had a dinner engagement so we just put our luggage in the room and went to dinner. By the time we came back we discovered the bed was only a foot high and sitting on the toilet with the door closed was impossible for a 6 foot man. It was also impossible to show and dress in the shower, bathroom etc. A 67 year old man who bangs his head on the bunk at 1 pm getting up to go to the RR is not happy or drying to put his shoes on in the morning on a low bed or the stools that you must call chairs. We should have asked for a different room but we thought it would suffice but as the time went on we just discovered the issues. $189 for that room is ridiculous!!!

Rooms are fine, but nothing special. Black pit shade was down when we arrived and wouldn’t go up in the morning. Still frustrated that they don’t provide coffee in the rooms and require you to buy coffee from their overpriced coffee shop that doesn’t even stay open past like 2pm. Lobby is pretty. Junto the restaurant is good

Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Motto Bentonville! The atmosphere was exactly what we wanted for our romantic Valentine's stay. This hotel has a very upscale feel, from the lobby to your room. We chose one of the larger rooms with a King bed—plenty of room for the two of us and very comfy. Highly recommend!
