My group thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Springdale! Views, proximity to the park, hot tub, sauna, and SUPER comfy beds were the highlights. Host was easy to communicate with and was very reasonable about adjusting our arrival time. Would stay here again with a big group in a heartbeat!

We loved our stay here. The setting is amazing right on the Virgin River. The house was super clean and Tori took care of everything we needed including giving her own personal handwritten reccs. Zion is not too far and easy to get the shuttle or short walk or drive into town for restaurants and entering the park. We can’t wait to go back here and stay one day soon.

The house was perfect. Beautifully designed, spacious, functional and in a great location just by the virgin river. We spend three nights here and it was a great experience!! Can’t wait to visit Zion again.

What a great place for multigenerational family - the three different levels provided space for everybody. Location to Zion visitor center and park was ideal.

Excellent property located in an ideal location; early shuttle stop ensures a ride to the park. After a day exploring Zion the hot tub and sauna are nice to come home to, not to mention the spacious deck overlooking the river with lots of comfy seating. The host Tori is very friendly and easy to get in touch with if there are questions or any issues.

We have such a wonderful stay at Observation Point! The house was beautiful, the location was perfect, and the host was lovely! Girls trip to Zion was definitely upgraded with this stay, would rent again and recommend to others!

This house was such a lovely place to stay while visiting Zion National Park. There were plenty of beds for everyone and everything was quite comfortable. The house was a great distance to the park and the bus stop in was very close. It was just perfect. We had a great time!

Perfect location, gorgeous home with lots of space to spread out. We were 7 people (3 couples) and grandpa. 2 bedrooms on main level was great, loved the ping pong table and outdoor patios overlooking the river. Hot tub was wonderful. Host was wonderful. Felt very spa-like.

Great location and accommodations

We enjoyed the house, which allowed each couple to enjoy their own floor, and the location was excellent for Zion National Park and convenient for other exploration, including Bryce, Canyon Overlook, and Kolob Canyon. The house was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable.

We had an incredible stay at this house near Zion! After long days of hiking, it was the perfect place to come back to comfortable, spacious, and filled with thoughtful amenities. The setting was peaceful and beautiful, with plenty of space for our group to relax together. Everything was spotless and well-equipped, making it easy to feel right at home.
