Check in was smooth and the desk clerk was very courteous and helpful. The room was clean and had a great view. Breakfast was well above any place I have stayed in years. Ordered off of the onsite restaurant menu. Not an extensive menu, but it was a full hot breakfast and the food was delicious. The only negative is that it didn't open until 8 AM, which is late if you want an early start in the Park. Maybe the time adjusts seasonally. Gift shop next door to the restaurant is extensive and fun to browse through.

The check in process was super smooth. Rachel and the other ladies at the front desk were so kind and helpful! The room was clean and we got in just in time to enjoy the hot tub for a bit. We actually selected this hotel mainly because it had a hot tub that was actually open later than most of the other hotels in Zion. Sadly, it closed at 10 but the lady who had to kick us out at closing time was super sweet as well!! I love that the rooms have little balconies/patios as well as microwaves! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Amazing views of the mountains surrounding this inn. Breakfast at Oscars was fast and delicious! Our room was clean and had what we needed to rest up for Zion! Loved this little inn.

Hotel staff are friendly. The only improvement I can suggest would be to advise the front desk staff to be mindful of solo female travelers. When I checked in the host asked me out loud to verify only one person in the room. For my safety I don't want to make this known to everyone else in the lobby. The host did the next step as preferred, write down the room number, and let me read it. So at least that much was not announced to everyone.

The photos you find online do not do this place any justice. Upon arrival, you will find that the entire property is surrounded by mountains. The rooms are quite small, but you don’t stay there for the rooms— you stay there for the park, which is less than five minutes away. Friendly staff. The gift shop and bakery are the icing on the cake.
