This hotel is set up more like apartments. There are 3 buildings and we were in the last one in the back. It would have been nice to be up front but it was ok! The room was clean and bed was comfortable! The staff was extremely nice and very helpful with explaining how the shuttle bus situation worked! You catch the shuttle to Zion right in front of hotel so it was very convenient! We enjoy our free hot breakfast and The bumbleberry pie was delish!!

We booked a room with breakfast included, which was served at the restaurant. While it is detached location, meals are very good

Friendly and helpful staff, the included breakfast was a full menu at the restaurant so we could fuel up before heading out to the park.

Location. Nice to be so close to the entrance of Zion and be able to walk to dinner. Bumbleberry restaurant food was amazing

Very nice hotel, reasonably priced, great views of surrounding mountains, parking right outside the door, excellent free daily complete breakfast at the associated restaurants, responsive to requests for help with shower (and they actually got it fixed!).

The location and the view from our room was beautiful! The voucher you get for breakfast was nice. The breakfast was really good. Had a great selection to choose from.

Being set back from the main street helped keep traffic noise to a minimum. Breakfast vouchers were given for a facility about a block away that did not open until 7 AM. Shuttle stop to go to Zion was in front of motel.

The views from the location nice balcony great facilities nice staff

Simple. Clean, no ice machine worked in the entire property. No elevator.

The property was simple and clean. The AC did not work well and there wasn’t a single working ice machine on the property during the entire time of our stay. Not normally a huge deal but with temps in the 100s ice was kind of important. No elevators so be prepared to lug you luggage up the stairs.

The Bumbleberry Inn was clean and had all the essentials; not many frills. Nice family-run business.

I love staying at Bumbleberry inn! The location is great, the staff is great and the complimentary breakfast is great! I decided to stay there again this trip and brought my nephew and his girlfriend. I was charged for an extra person even though it said nothing in the estimate when I checked on prices and was not given a bigger room. It was uncomfortably small. I asked for an extra chair and they couldn’t even provide me with that! I was not happy about having to pay $20 extra a day for a room smaller than the one I got last year for my sister and I. The last straw was when we noticed the sheets weren’t changed on one the beds. I was pretty surprised to say the least! Not to mention the maids walked into our room without a mask! Not once was I offered compensation for my inconvenience.

Great location in the heart of Springdale. Super clean and very nice interior in the room.

Hassel free , with friendly staff. They were cooperative with late check in

The breakfast vouchers are wonderful. They are good for a breakfast at the neighboring restaurant which turns out to be an amazing deal. I can’t imagine they’ll continue that for much longer. On the negative side, the facilities are a little dated with whiney pipes and electrical outlets that don’t work, but only minor problems.

Thank you for your review of our property and supporting our family owned business. Yes, unfortunately there were two days that, in a “perfect storm” all of our ice machines were out of service. I apologize for the inconvenience it caused during your stay. We hope you will consider giving us another chance, should you visit Zion and the Springdale area in the future.
