Welcome to this delightful house in Spring Hill. With 4 bedrooms including a one king, one queen, and four twin beds, this charming property is perfect for families or groups of friends. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like private heated pool, WiFi, AC, and a washer and dryer machine. Three bathrooms with a hair dryer ensure everyone stays fresh and comfortable. Experience what Spring Hill has to offer with a stay at our fabulous house. Security Camera Disclosure:
For the safety and security of our guests and the property, three motion-activated outdoor security cameras are installed:
• One in the pool area
• One overlooking the driveway
• One at the front entrance
All cameras are exterior only and do not record any indoor or private areas. They are activated by motion and are in place to monitor the property for safety, guest compliance with house rules, and general security. Enjoy year-round relaxation! Our pool can be heated for $20 per day, giving you the perfect temperature for swimming in any season. To ensure it’s ready when you arrive, please request heating at least one week before check-in, as it may take 24–48 hours to fully warm up if requested last-minute.
The pool typically warms to 83–85°F (or up to 15° above outdoor temperatures when it’s under 50°F outside).

The house was fantastic with a nice pool. We were a large family and the house was spacious enough that we weren’t stepping on each other. The older kids enjoyed the game room. We had some questions while we were there and the owners were quick to respond. We also really enjoyed the kitchen, but mostly used the outside grill for all our meals.
