I love that they can accommodate my needs of a first-floor room. I travel alone also for business and feel very comfortable staying here I'm a monthly visitor.
I loved that they accommodated me knowing I do not do elevators. The hotel was clean. Staff very welcoming and professional. I definitely found my place to stay while in town monthly. Coffee was great!!
check in went well, but upon arrival tv did not work, tried to call front desk, but phone did not work. Went back to front desk. Was told to check to see if tv was plugged in, and come back if it was not. There was a gap between the floor and carpet, that was a severe tripping hazzard especially at night when lights were out. Not the service we have come to expect from Hampton Inn. To send an 80 plus year old man back to the room to check to see if tv was plugged in is NOT our idea of customer service, and as far as I know phone still does not work

front end service staff was great. house cleaners were very noisy in the hallways. 6 a.m. and the cleaning staff are yelling down the hall in conversation with each other. The A/C was very noisy and struggled to keep up. the bed was old and squeaky. The place had merit just has not had any attention to details. This place did not keep up to normal standards expected from a Hampton.

Hotel was very clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. There were numerous eateries nearby. Staff was friendly and did an excellent job of sanitizing public areas.
Great bed and pillows. Very odd for a hotel. I am a picky sleeper
