Spanning 120 m² of fully air-conditioned living space, this modern property is set on an 1200 m² fenced plot, ensuring absolute privacy and comfort for your stay.
The villa features three beautifully appointed, air-conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a double bed (180x200cm), a TV, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and A/C. Two additional bedrooms, each with a double bed (160x200cm), A/C share two family bathrooms equipped with showers. A spacious living area connects to a fully equipped kitchen that includes modern appliances such as a toaster, coffee machine, microwave, and more. The living room is an ideal spot for relaxation, featuring a Smart TV, PS4, a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a bed for two, and air conditioning. Free WiFi is available throughout the property.
