Amazing hotel in the heart of the Old Town. The service is impeccable, the location is astonishing.
Great location, attentive staff, small hotel , shower cramped and poorly designed Overall quite overpriced, could have stayed at a 4 or 5 star property on the beach for better value
This is a beautiful hotel, in the center square. There are no cars allowed, and the staff of this hotel go above and beyond to accommodate you if you have a car and a lot of luggage. They were brilliant in staying in touch with us, gave us excellent instructions re: where to put our car - they met us in a golf cart and brought us and our tons of luggage to the hotel. They carried everything for us - they were kind, helpful, informative, wonderful staff. The rooms were clean and delightful. The location is perfect. Leaving the hotel and getting to the island ferries was ZERO HASSLE AT ALL - again, they carried our luggage, brought us to the golf cart, escorted us to the ferries and instructed us on exactly what to do...they were SO ACCOMMODATING and so wonderful, I can't rave enough.
Wonderful hotel made very special by its super helpful staff. A little jewel hidden away on the main square in Split!
One of the best 4 nights of my life. I travel over 100 nights per year and this establishment is top notch. Hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home and welcome. Room was very clean and roomy. Location was excellent and fit our needs perfectly. Again, can’t say enough about the friendly helpful staff, made the stay very memorable and will make a lasting impression on us forever. Arranged private transfers to and from airport, made excellent dinner recommendations, bottle of wine and flowers upon arrival, breakfast was plentiful. Would stay here again and again and again.
Such a lovely place and even more lovely staff. Great breakfast.
Here's the thing- I really loved Palace Judita. I was there for 4 nights. It was in an EXCELLENT location and the staff- especially Andrija- were as amazing as the reviews all say. The bottle of chilled white wine was nice and the bed was comfortable, bathroom very modern. I had a few major issues, though. Here they are, so you can judge for yourself. I do want to emphasize that overall the hotel was nice, clean, safe and helped me book some tours and breakfast was delicious. CONS:My flight was cancelled due to rain and I still had to pay for the first night I missed. There were little black ants all over my bathroom. On my towels, clothes, etc. You cannot have ANY food in the room. Staff did vacuum them up when I complained- which helped a little. There are TWO buildings. One is right next to the hotel. The room was advertised as Superior Double and I paid the ridiculous 250 euros a night for it. Stay away from it. The room was THE LOUDEST ROOM I have ever stayed in, in all of my (many) travels. There is a bar below, and I constantly heard dishes clattering and people cheering. You can hear everything on the main street. You can hear every footstep above you. Ignore any advertising of soundproof windows. I asked to be moved, and was told I was in a 'cheap' room and could not be upgraded. I got very little sleep my entire stay. The curtains hang over the AC at night and block it. I saw this in reviews and ignored it. Don't ignore it! Airport transfer is a hidden fee.
This was the best hotel experience I have ever had. Not only was the room clean and tidy, but the attention to detail was incomparable. In addition to that, every single staff member was willing to go above and beyond to help me with any questions or concerns I had. I HIGHLY recommend staying at Palace Judita Heritage Hotel to anyone who visits Split.
We had a great 3 day stay here. The staff are warm and friendly. Hearty breakfast free every morning. Great central location on a popular square.
Very friendly staff. Good food. Great location. Perfect.
Convenient location, attentive staff, comfortable bed, guest room with height ceiling. Ask for a room facing the plaza.
