Nice, kitty place a stroll away from ocean

Great location, about 15min walk to prime ocean locations. Unfortunately, a cat was in our unit at some time...smelled of kitty and we all woke up with runny nose's and red eyes. Also, make sure you get the instructions to turn on the hot water...we recieved them late. Nice place though.

As described, but in poor condition. The bed had blood stains, the freezer was frosted over, and the stove was greasy and disgusting.
