Well, for the price this place was okay. But there were quite a bit of issues. First of all, I’m pretty darn sure it was not cleaned before we came. There were crumbs all over the floor and couches, there were dried tomatoes in the corner of the room behind the couch for some reason, and all the towels were wet upon arrival. All appliances in the kitchen worked just fine and there were enough dishes to get us by. The pullout couch was not very good, it was at an extreme angle and you either had to have your blood rushing to your feet or your head. There was also a massive spike in the side of the bed that left a large gash on one of our people’s leg. The washing machine was leaking and the shelf in the bathroom fell on me when i opened the doors of it. All in all, this place definitely has a lot of flaws but it gets the job done. I had nine people staying in it at once so i was aware that it wasn’t going to be the most comfortable but some of this was just insane. The house is a really nice short walk to the park and you can walk around the entire lake on your own and it’s very safe. Location is very close to a Walmart and is easy to find. Yeah I’d say this is definitely a decent cheap option if you don’t mind some things being dirty or just broken.
