We stayed the night of May 5th, 2017. The front desk was always pleasurable and of course was good with directions. The room was newly updated and the area was nice. We had a really good stay. They offer breakfast tickets to a local diner. We didn't have time to take advantage of this amenity but talked to people that did. They said the diner was good. Also, if you're going on a cruise they have a park and shuttle service that was much cheaper than any other place we'd found. Very good owners and a nice quiet stay.

Definitely you get what you pay for. Its OK to spend the night if you dont care. It's nice that it has a swimming pool. Although there were guys up on the second floor scoping out women or just sit and stare. Which made it super uncomfortable. Very Uncomfortable but we only stayed for one night as we were just passing through.

If you're looking for a cheap option near the beach for a night or two, this place is perfect. We needed a room for one night and were satisfied. For less than $100, we stayed within walking distance of the beach and in the middle of most everything in the area. The staff was overly friendly and made us feel at home. The Internet worked great. The pool was nice. The hotel doesn't have breakfast onsite but gives customers vouchers to eat at a local diner. The only think that keeps this from being a perfect review is the size of the rooms. If you are traveling with 1-2 people, this won't be an issue. With 3 or more, the room is cramped. That being said, the room was great and we would/will stay here again in the future.

I have stayed at many of hotels and this is the worst, I ever seen, I would have left but there was not another hotel room available in town due to seafood fest. The room was nasty, bed soft, water seeping from wall onto floor. Not enough parking

Stayed February 24 thru February 28. This is a family owned business. Everyone is friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel is clean and if in need of anything they are right there to help. Close to everything in Cocoa Beach would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at three different budget hotels while in Florida and this one was the worst. I was greeted by a cockroach sitting in front of the TV when I first entered the room. The box springs were infested with small ant-like bugs (definitely not bed bugs which I have been trained to spot for my work). The same bugs crawled all over everything we placed on the night stand and were in the bathroom. We only brought basic essentials into the room and left everything else in the car. When I mentioned the issue to the front desk, the gentleman blamed the guests before us. Given the level of infestation I highly doubt they brought the bugs with them. If we had more time, and needed a room for longer than one night, we would not have stayed. The breakfast included with the room was at a local diner. The food was good and the staff were nice.

Me and my family stayed at the Econo lodge for 1 night because we went to kennedy space centre. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was also nice and clean. There is no breakfast in the hotel itself but you get coupons for a diner a couple blocks down.

We checked in for three nights and checked out after the first night. We actually declined the first room offered to us and opted for the second assignment. But, the walls were dirty and the furnishings were worn. We were nervous enough that we pulled the sheets back and checked the beds carefully, and were grateful we didn't find any critters hidden under the mattresses. It didn't seem like this was a very safe neighborhood but we didn't have any problems in that regard. I was really surprised that other people have rated this hotel more highly; I mean I seriously question if we were in the same hotel. The breakfast was offered through a cooperative nearby restaurant, but we skipped it. For their part, the people working the front desk were very pleasant and they did try to accommodate us - but as soon as we found a room available in a different hotel we left and ended up saving about 25% in the bargain.

Very nice room , comfortable beds, very nice bathroom- very modern, nice tv ,I wasn't expecting the room to be this nice when I booked it . Kids had fun in the pool , looks like it has been updated recently, great value for price, I would stay here again

Enjoyed stay here with my mom on vacation. Stayed for 3 nights. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only problem was the door kept sticking and was very difficult to maintain a comfortable air temperature in room. A suggestion about shower curtain is use a shower liner on inside as cloth curtain better suited to hang outside tub. Cloth curtain gets wet and molds. I would still recommend staying here. Bed very comfy and pool clean and refreshing. Excellent central location with lots to do within walking distance.
