I don’t know which room the picture was taken from but it was not ours, or our friends, or the lady in the lobby complaining of dirty towels but we had something on our sheets and bedspread and asked for new, the bathroom door someone had punched, black marks all over the walls, the window was so dirty we couldn’t look out it, and it smelled awful. We would have gone somewhere else but everywhere was booked 😭

this hotel has a nasty smell to it. and tell you free cook to order breakfast well you have to drive a mile away and food was ok but limited choices. ask for an ironing board and make you go to the front office and give you a mini ironing board and a iron from the 1950's. feels like a place people live that's does not have a place to stay. I will never go to this hotel again

We arrived late so we didn't use the swimming pool. The room was very clean and updated. Check in was quick and staff pleasant. The beds were comfortable. The price for this room was good for the accommodations.

Where do I start? Bathroom - bath taps and overflow rusty, chipped bath, filthy bath interior - looked like black mould mixed in the dripping water - also tiles mouldy. Bedroom floor was tiled, walked on in my bare feet - big mistake We test cleaned an area which came up several shades lighter than the rest of the floor! Filthy floor with lots of dust and fluff to boot. Noisy rattly aircon which made sleeping a misery. Breakfast by token in nearish Diner - made to feel like 2nd class citizens because we stuck to the choices in the token slip. We did tip well! The room was $102 a night - not cheap by any standards! The whole room was in dire need of renovation - I think others must have stayed in a different place to us looking at their reviews

Our room was clean & had clearly been renovated. The bathroom was spacious and very nice. The room was clean, bed comfy, a/c worked like a dream & the staff was amazing. They helped us with dinner suggestions & contact info for possible reservations. The beach is just a short walk away. The pool was clean & well tended to. The breakfast you get with the voucher is a great deal too. We ended up at a large resort in another part of the state the next night and our stay wasn't near as nice. I missed the Cocoa Econo Lodge. We had a great stay!

We stayed the night of May 5th, 2017. The front desk was always pleasurable and of course was good with directions. The room was newly updated and the area was nice. We had a really good stay. They offer breakfast tickets to a local diner. We didn't have time to take advantage of this amenity but talked to people that did. They said the diner was good. Also, if you're going on a cruise they have a park and shuttle service that was much cheaper than any other place we'd found. Very good owners and a nice quiet stay.

Definitely you get what you pay for. Its OK to spend the night if you dont care. It's nice that it has a swimming pool. Although there were guys up on the second floor scoping out women or just sit and stare. Which made it super uncomfortable. Very Uncomfortable but we only stayed for one night as we were just passing through.

If you're looking for a cheap option near the beach for a night or two, this place is perfect. We needed a room for one night and were satisfied. For less than $100, we stayed within walking distance of the beach and in the middle of most everything in the area. The staff was overly friendly and made us feel at home. The Internet worked great. The pool was nice. The hotel doesn't have breakfast onsite but gives customers vouchers to eat at a local diner. The only think that keeps this from being a perfect review is the size of the rooms. If you are traveling with 1-2 people, this won't be an issue. With 3 or more, the room is cramped. That being said, the room was great and we would/will stay here again in the future.

I have stayed at many of hotels and this is the worst, I ever seen, I would have left but there was not another hotel room available in town due to seafood fest. The room was nasty, bed soft, water seeping from wall onto floor. Not enough parking

Stayed February 24 thru February 28. This is a family owned business. Everyone is friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel is clean and if in need of anything they are right there to help. Close to everything in Cocoa Beach would definitely stay here again.
