We loved the location, the house is 3 blocks from the beach, also very close to the Pier in a very quiet street.
The inside of the house was clean enough, but it looked like whoever cleaned it last didn’t do a good job. There were some dirty silverware and plates on the shelf and my white socks turned brown. The house is a little cluttered with a lot of breakables (do not recommend for little ones that like touch everything) and has several closets with “owners property please do not touch”
The outside needed a LOT of TLC. The plants were overgrown and the patio furniture was all over the place. The couches in the covered patio were dirty and stained.
We did pay extra for the heated pool, however it wasn’t working when we got there. We arrived on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I tried messaging them as soon as we got there, called their regular and emergency line, and tried going to the Property Rental Agency on Friday, all without a response. We were lucky enough to be there while the pool cleaning company showed up and they were the ones that followed up with us saying there was something wrong with the pump and they weren’t able to fix it.
When we were leaving, the agency was open and Dominic was very nice, but by then it was too late. We rented the house with the expectation that we were going to be able to enjoy the pool during our stay and it was very hard telling my 3 year old over and over again how the pool was too cold and he couldn’t go in it.
