What a great experience and a great property. We so love going to Southport now we have a go to place to stay, when not staying with friends. What a Great studio apartment perfect for two people perfect location very clean and Captain Ted could not be a better host.

Great Getaway

The property was just as advertised. Very clean and great communication with the owner. We enjoyed our visit to Southport. This property is walking distance to several popular restaurants and there are even two nice little docks to walk over the marsh right on the street adjacent to the property. Highly recommend!

Retreat on the Water

Captain Ted’s place was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway with my friend! Clean, quiet, perfect waking location to all downtown Southport has to offer. We will most definitely be back!

Loved our stay.

This little place was so cute and comfortable. (The bed was super comfortable.) Close to town. We would definitely stay here again. We ate at many different places but our favorite was Loco Jo's bar and grill. The owner Nikki was so friendly and was a drink maker master. The food was fresh and very good. We went there 3 times and it was 5 stars each time.

Anniversary Trip

This was our second time staying at Marine Watch and it did not disappoint. The unit was clean, the owner was easy to contact if needed and we were within walking distance to the restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the two balconies and watching the boats come in and out of the marina. We will definitely be back!

Perfect getaway!

We walked into a beautiful studio apartment with a nice view of the marina. Quaint little front and side deck area. Perfect walking distance to the restaurants and shops. Property manager was very nice and a pleasure to work with. Will definitely be returning.

Fantastic Property!

We loved everything about this property! It was spacious, well-lit, and adorable. We were within walking distance to cafes and popular restaurants and we didn’t have to move our car the entire time we were there. We walked to breakfast/dinner every day and it never took us more than 10 minutes! The host was very responsive and made check-in/check-out super easy! We will definitely be back!
