Southern Vietnam Vacation Packages

This was my third time staying at an Alagon property. I really like this brand. When I first arrived, it was a rough start, as we waited 45 minutes for our bags to be delivered to our room. We finally decided to go back to the lobby, and retrieve our bags ourselves. We also ordered a club sandwich from the room service menu which is supposed to come with bacon, and instead came with chicken. When we asked for the correct sandwich, we were told since we each ate a piece, we would only be provided with half of a sandwich. Kind of outlandish since we aren't the ones who made this mistake. Also, this hotel really should offer more Western-style foods at breakfast for guests. Other than these things, I still think the Alagon brand is a good choice. Other staff was very kind and helpful. Our room was immaculately clean. The food quality is good. And this hotel is in a great location, right in the middle of everything.

Khách sạn này rất là tốt, nằm ở một địa thế rất là tuyệt vời. Tuy nhiên khách sạn này có một vấn đề rất là cơ bản: đó là mùi thuốc lá ở khắp nơi ngày tại tiền sảnh. Con tôi vừa bước vào nó đã không thể chấp nhận được. Đó là xu hướng của bạn trẻ hiện nay vốn không thích nghi với môi trường thuốc lá. Nhân viên ở đây rất là tuyệt vời. Nếu khách sạn chủ động việc tẩy mùi thuốc lá trong tiền sảnh và các lối đi thì đây là một khách sạn rất tốt. Xin chúc họ thành công

The setting was pure magic. As we were there in extreme heat, we most enjoyed the infinity pool overlooking the bay. The staff was very gracious and attentive. Enjoyed the spa services immensely.
