Needed a spot for a work trip. Perfect amount of space for me (1 guy). Easy parking and entry. I ended up using the bar top island as a work space. Bed was great. Ac units are easy to control. No real glaring issues that Id put in a review.

The location is fantastic! Extremely walkable to everything in DT Southern Pines. Cute spot with plenty of space for 1-2 people. The washer/dryer unit is really nice to have and something you don't normally get in smaller space.

Perfect location, great little place.

Stayed for 4 nights while in town for work. The location is excellent with most amenities in Southern Pines within a 5 minute walk. The property itself is well appointed and spotless in a quiet area (relatively close to the rail line but most places are in SP). Will definitely look to stay here again when in town next.
