This 1930s cottage is the perfect spot for your stay in downtown Southern Pines. It is located on a quiet street, yet close enough to walk to all the shops/restaurants downtown or the Weymouth Center for the Humanities. This loft unit has a private entrance from the top of the stairs with 1 bedroom (Queen) & 1 bath, a full kitchen, and shared laundry room downstairs in the back of the home. Unit features vintage kitchen! Come stay with us for a short stay or extended stay!
The wi-fi login information will be sent via the Airbnb app and is also posted in the unit.

We do not have cable in the unit. The TV is a smart TV and has access to apps via Wi-Fi such as Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and others.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a travel crib.

OK... let me just ask, Can I just live here?! This place is just so perfect for one or two people. Location is perfect - walking distance to everything downtown SP. Quiet area, unbelievably clean, decor is just adorable, and laundry available. What more could you ask for? I was SO disappointed when I looked and it was not available for my next trip to SP. Hurry! Quick solo trip for a retirement luncheon. Arrived a little later than expected. Due to the great location I was able to find some quick late night food and a wonderful cup of coffee first thing in the morning without hassle. Accommodation were as listed and I loved the decor.
