Excellent family stay

Second visit here and great amenities. Great place to stay with family. Sea view although about 10 minute walk to the beach. Lovely balcony with seats to enjoy a drink. Great fully equipped kitchen with added bonuses such as tea and coffee and washing up liquid. Washing machine and iron extra amenities which come in handy if needed. Fans in the rooms, plenty of towels and lovely bedding with extra cushions. Really recommend.

The apartment was of good size and had a great view of the sea from the balcony. The carpets could do with replacing as it looks like it had its time. Property wasn't as clean as our initial stay wot some mugs, table and chairs being required to be cleaned by ourselves before use. Otherwise the apartment was great! Free off street parking and only a few minutes walk to the sea and Adventure Island. Kids had a really great time. Will certainly be back!

The apartment was clean, comfortable and tastefully furnished. On the second floor with no lift. Quite a walk to the sea and the main street. Not a problem but we seriously though we were a lot nearer from the photos and description. Finding the building was difficult as there is an almost identical block the other side of the entrance to the railway station. Clear directions would have made things simpler and the poor neighbours are obviously upset by the constant approach in error by holidaymakers.

Alright but a bit pricey for quality

The unit was very convenient for us but we were a bit disappointed with the condition of the property - it was a bit worn with dripping tap in the kitchen and very noisy occupants in the other apartments. The size of the rooms was smaller than in the pictures. So for the price it was a bit disappointing. It was clean and comfortable and served our needs with a lovely view from the balcony of the sea and the company was very good in communication.

Super nice

Really nice, just like photos. We stayed 2 adults + 1 year old. Clean, easy to check in (you just hade to wait until 30 min before checkin and they send you a code via email.) You need to fill out a form and pay a deposit beforehand, but worked all fine. Can really recommend when visiting Southend. On the road but not the main one and just by train station but we did barely not hear the trains. Really recommend!

The property was clean, nice and as seen on pictures. However there was no washing cloth or dishwasher tables so we’re not able to clean up after ourselves nicely. There was also no wine bottle opener

EXCELLENT APARTMENT

No faults at all easy to check in. Apartment clean and tidy with everything we needed. We did not get train but great locality to train station. Was local to all we needed. Stayed with 2 kids 8 and 1 years old and was perfect for them. Lovely balcolny to also relax on.
